Bit odd the Lad Bible have the exclusive of this. Vocal sounding great though! Yeah, or clever marketing. It must be one of the most followed pages on Facebook, or at least one of the pages driving the most traffic. It's huge. I don't live in English speaking country and I 30 fb friends who like the page. So yeah, clever marketing. I unliked it a while ago, though, because I think they're posting lots of shite.

everyone does it and a lot of people say with that stuff anyone can sing now which is not true at all. You still have to have tons of talent to do it. Even back when they did this they had a lot of double tracking and reverb on it. We are all super fans but if you never have seen the live forever vocals only video watch this! Or the champagne supernova video. Autotune is not magic. It won't make you suddenly sound great, and that's not the reason for so many people to use it. Like I said before, it's supposed to perfect little things, like semitones and small pitch errors. Don't think of it as the pop-ish, robotic effect you hear on the radio sometimes. Of course Liam has talent, but he (and Noel too) has been using autotune, which was invented in 1997, since SOTSOG. And it's alright. It's alright, now... agree 100% he is amazingly talented and sounds as good as he ever has. Auto tune is used by everyone but it's not a magic bullet. My point was some people seem to think auto tune can make anyone sound good and that's not true at all

I just checked and they have 26 million likes. 26 million. Pitchfork, for instance, has 1 million. NME has 800k

After watching that clip 50 times I'm scared the music will ruin such a great sounding vocal performance . I want that hard rock type of song but I kinda like the vocals so much more of a calm sorta emotional sounding song would be best. I want to feel the emotions that wrote this song. I could be reading it all wrono but I wanna feel what is hurting him on the inside which is what that clip feels like to me

That´s been said in interviews before.

But knowing paper crown is going to be on the record I'm willing for some good guitars and drums on this tune. Can not wait for this AND paper crown i feel the same I want some loud in your face guitar music but I just have that feeling from the short clip it could be a great emotion filled song. Either way I'm extremely excited for friday

What a massive little nugget we received today!!! Can not wait to hear the final product!
Voice sounds incredible and I'm not getting into this bullshit autotune argument. Let me guess..... another 25 pages about analyzing audio frequencies on this to see where the pitch has been corrected? Fuck off.

Let me guess..... another 25 pages about analyzing audio frequencies on this to see where the pitch has been corrected? Fuck off. dont think anyone was fighting about auto tune. We were all just talking about how it is used in the industry and that he wasn't using it. Also talking about the effects they used and how even older songs had the same stuff. It was to clear stuff up for the people who may not understand it. So I think it's all been positive so far

Liam Gallagher vocals > John Lennon's Its fucking true. Admit it. Liam vocals + Liam interviews> John Lennon As a journalist, I'd kill to interview him! He's nailing everything; just can't afford another Chicago

Didn't hear anything special about that vocal performance, Liam has always sounded great on records. Clip didn't excite me much either, you could take any studio song acapella and it would sound just as good imo. I think they'd have made more buzz by releasing a clip with some music in it but oh well, roll on Friday.

It was cool to hear that preview. It's pretty much what I expected to hear from Liam. Too bad he released it on a not-so-friendly Facebook page. I don't know much about LadBible...but Liam is getting slaughtered in their comments section.
Can we expect to hear FWIW on Australian Spotify Thursday afternoon (US time) ya think? Really hope a video comes with it!

I don't think he was slaughtered per se, a lot were defending him too. The LADBible is aimed at 16 to 30 something year olds which probably aren't Liam's target market (well here in NZ anyway not sure about the UK).
Most of those people wouldn't know good music if it slapped them in the face anyway.

Vocals sound fine but it's going to be a crappy song what makes you think that? First single is usually the best and Liam never wrote those lyrics
