I always kinda liked this song but I've been listening to it a lot recently and it hit me just how beautiful a song it is. It's haunting yet uplifting. The lyrics are really good too.

Noel needs to rerelease this properly, do we even have it in high quality (flac or anything)?
I forgot how we got our hands on it, Amazon Germany or something? Noel, no one knows what it is because we barely found it!
Its not one of my favorites, but it is a really good song.

'Haunting yet uplifting' - spot on, mate..you've got the positivity of the lyrics, plus the wistfulness of the chords and melody coming together to give you 2 unique sides to the track - an excellent song

This song is very fond to me because i first listened to it during a rough patch in my life which only very recently kinda slowed down. Deaths, failed relationships, parents marriage going through very bad patches, indecision regarding my degree. Many stuff, the song was kinda my favorite to play when alone and just wanted to shut down from the world.
I find it absolutely terrific, a incredible masterpiece. It´s one of the best things he did as a solo artist even if it did not make any of the albums.
