Bob Einstein a.k.a Super Dave Osborne, a.k.a Marty Funkhouser, died yesterday....he would sometimes call into the Dan Lé Batard show - in the last year or so he refused to come on air because several celebrities like Bill Paxton and Adam West died shortly after making appearances on the show. Bob Einstein's brother is the actor Albert Brooks; Albert Brooks' real name is Albert Einstein.
God bless.

Separation of true fans from the real fans. Riiiiiiiiiight. Say I didn’t know? I could look it up online and lie so saying that doesn’t mean anything. But you already knew that prior to posing it. Who did the patriots step on from your past?

Overtime rules are straight up garbage Definitely. The Patriots deserved to win, especially since they pulled off three 3rd downs in a row(with about 10 yards to go in all of them) when it mattered the most, but a coin toss should NEVER get to play such a huge part in an important game. Just imagine if there would be a Champions League semi final ending in a penalty shootout, and the winner of the cointoss would get one or even two extra penalties. It would be an outrage, those rules in the NFL are an outrage. Obviously the other side should have a chance to respond. I can't believe how these rules are accepted. They review some plays for two hours because it's so important to get everything right, but then they're suddenly going to let a coin toss decide who gets to play in the Super Bowl...

They could go soccer and let teams tie.....I don't know, I don't have much respect for soccer, ties.....pussy's falling on the ground wailing away about some pussy injury. I do think overtime should be an allotted period of time, like 5 minutes or 10 minutes, though..... Speaking of soccer, if the U.S.A. took soccer seriously they'd dominate it....like I've said, just take the nimble U.S. guard basketball players alone, which is a small percentage of American atheletes, and they'd dominate a stupid game about kicking a ball around.... Thanks.

I do it to be annoying....because I'm not a pussy who's afraid to leave the house and just runs their mouth on the internet.....that's not directed at you, by the way. Two random forum members, who rarely post, told me I'm the worst forum member, I took that as a huge compliment, because I try to be annoying.... Again, I don't care about what I say on the fucking internet, the internet version of me is nice.... Thanks.

Thanks. I don't think it's too hard. If the team starting with possession scores a touchdown(like yesterday), the opposition should get the ball, and unless they make a touchdown themselves, the game is over. But if they get a touchdown the game goes on, one drive for every team each time, until the other team gets a higher score on their drive, and then we have a winner. Basic fairness.

I think an alotted period time is better, like I said, just play another quarter or whatever. To be fair, if the Patriots had only got a field goal in overtime, the Chiefs would've got the ball back. I'm just happy I can watch daytime television for the next two weeks.....I watch a lot of daytime television, mostly sports talk television because there's not much else on during the day, and I couldn't stand to watch and listen to two weeks of hype about the new generation of qb's and teams....don't really care about the Super Bowl, that'll be talked about for a day or two and then be ogre..... The Saints should've won yesterday, too, by the way, they got hosed on a pass interference non-call... Thanks.

Better than now, but then there would still be the problem with one team getting to start with the ball=getting one extra possession as the result of winning a cointoss. Two quarters would erase that problem, but that's playing half a game on top of having already played an entire game, so that's no good. But what about two quarters reduced to 10 minutes? Pretty good now that I think about it.

Yeah its pretty stupid. Not trying to take anything away from the Patriots either, i mean tom Brady was unbelievable, but thats the most unsatisfying ending to such an amazing game possible. I would even say its simply unfair. Some of the rules in the NFL are pretty fucking stupid. How can you not throw a flag on that missed call against the saints? And like you said, people would riot if football, you know the game where you actually use your foot was decided by a fucking coin toss. Just so stupid
