...hey where the fuck is Let It Bleed ?? is he passed out in the back of gronk's party bus after that win last night? I've been high on HGH for the last week or so, completely changed my perspective.... ------ As stated above, the only thing that'll save the Broncos is their defense and the altitude in Denver...hopefully the Patriots practice all week in Denver. God bless. It'll depend on the first half in my opinion. The Broncos will have to keep it close. If they fall behind by 14+ it's most likely over. Broncos will need to run the ball to slow down the pace of the game, get pressure on brady through the patriots weak o-line, limit the patriots yard after the catch by tackling, get yards after the catch, and keep Peyton upright. Patriots have to come out firing. Go for the early big lead and end it quickly. Make Peyton beat you. Do what the Steelers did. Sit on the run game, make sure handed tackles. What will be interesting is if the Broncos fall behind big. If they put Brock in the game, then it will change the complexity of the game. Look for the patriots to practice for both. I honestly think the Broncos could beat the patriots with Brock. They have the better defense, and o-line, and receivers. They just need a QB to test you, instead of one that allows you to play press defense with an extra man in the box.

Fun fact of the the day: The Patriots only have one player on their active roster who was drafted in the first round, RB Steven Jackson.
God bless.

Pats and Panthers both 3.0 favourites. Was thinking about the conditions suiting Denver but then I remembered, hey - it's Tom Brady! So will take this on this match. Will probably double with Gronk anytime touchdown if I can, the other match will be a close one. Loved watching Cam this season but the Cardinals have been the most improved team for me this year and would like to see them reach the bowl but think Panthers will scrape it.

As the week has gone on I've given the Broncos more of a chance. I don't know why....maybe it's because no one is giving them a chance, which is scary. I still think the Patriots should win this........but they could lose this if Denver's D is somehow able to slow Edelman. For me, Edelman is the key guy. No one is stopping Gronk, except Gronk. Typically, when the Patriots have both Gronk and Edelman firing on all cylinders, they're unstoppable. However, if it's only one guy gets going then that limits the points the Pats can put up, and keeps the Broncos in the game.
I think the Broncos are purposely putting up a front about going after Gronk. Personally, it doesn't make sense. It feels like this game is going to begin and then we're going to actually see that the Broncos actually wanted to key in on another player. I think that player is Edelman.

On a side note: this wins goes to Denver's D. Brady was hit 12 times and sacked 4. That doesn't include hurries.
I don't care if it's joe Montana out there, no QB would win that game. Put the same type of pressure on peyton and he loses that game, along with any other QB.
Two surprises.
1. That Gostowski missed the extra point. That changed the entire complexion of the game. Denver's offense did nothing in the second half. The Patriots actually dominated that second half but needed to continually go for it on fourth down to make up for thar missed field goal. They take their field goals in those fourth down situations and they win this game by two points, but that's 20-20 hindsight.
2. The Patriots never went into a hurry up offense. Even toward the end, they were content to huddle up. Probably should have pushed the tempo to slow down the pass rush. At no point did the Broncos offense prove it could beat them. There was no reason to be timid in terms of pacing.
In the end, great game by Denver's D. Denver will go as far that defense can take them, peyton is just along for the ride.

That's four time champ to you. No shock that the forum troll has returned to mock Tom Brady and the Patriots. Also no shock that he was surprisingly silent when his Steelers and Big Ben blew the game last week to Peyton and The Broncos. Huge moment. Huge fumble.

Even with all that you say, the guy you MOCK was only a PAT away from tying up the game on the last moments of the game. Heart of a lion. It is tough to win in the NFL. Never forget that.

The Patriots might wanna focus on fixing the offensive line before next season....
Thanks.

It was a very good game, I only caught it from just after the missed PAT but the Broncos defence shows why it has been the best in the business this season. They will have another huge task in two weeks if they don't want a repeat of two years ago v the Seahawks. Told my mate they would score a TD but miss the 2 pts but another great finish! when it comes to betting i wouldn't touch either of these games tomorrow with a ten-foot pole. It wouldn't let me place Gronk anytime and Pats win so went with Denver HT, Patriots FT which was extra agony when they missed the conversion at the end. Also relied on Payton to not have an arm once again so made it back from him on under 240.5 passing yards Also threw a bit on over 47 points in the Cards/Panthers game, turned over to the Royal Rumble before the 2nd Quarter was over knowing this would come in Will miss this till September as the odds on games are great compared to football where I haven't got a decent win in god knows how long! I don't be gambling huge amounts but say made a few hundred quid off the NFL this season.

Brady was pressured on like 18 attempts and was hit on 14... my goodness! The NFL hasn't seen a beating like that since AD went switch happy on his son.
(Too soon?)
The Pat's offensive line was/is atrocious. Add to that a lack of running game, and Brady became target practice for Denver. On the bright side, this will save the Pat's the embarrassment of having Carolina roll them in the Superbowl.
