Doesn't matter who wins through, Carolina have paid the refs and Goodell to win the SB and their sheep fans are dumb to believe its 'fair'. Sorry Tom/Ben/Carson/Peyton

Some end to that game last night! Amazing!! I like the packers coz of Rodgers so disappointed they didn't do it. If it was anyone else bar Fitzgerald it would of felt more hard done by. I hate that Rodgers never got to touch the ball in OT. That is a killer. Reminded me of what happened to Tom Brady and the Patriots vs the Jets 3 weeks ago. Tom engineers a dramatic comeback to force OT, then Jets score ASAP and Pats lose. Tom never touches the ball. Packers should have gone for two. Personally, I don't care that Rodgers never got the ball. Football is a team game, and that includes defense. Overtime should decide the best team, not the best offense. If your team can't hold the other to a field goal or less on the FIRST possession, then your QB doesn't deserve to get the ball. Either hold the team to no points or three. That simple. Play defense. Currently, if you somewhat play defense you get the ball back with a chance to win or tie. You can give up three points, and still get the ball back. In my opinion, that's a fair bargain. Also, can the Packers lose a prime time game without playing the excuse/blame game? Rodgers complaining about not being able to change his call on the second flip, when they shouldn't have had the second flip anyways comes off as whiny. Besides, unless Rodgers forgot how probability works, it doesn't matter what side the coin starts on before it's flipped. He sounds like 9 year whinning about not getting two outta three.

Is it just me or are we going to look back on Aaron Rodgers' Packers one day and say "they should have won a lot more big games and Super Bowls than they did"? Rodgers and his Packers are only 7-6 in postseason. Big Ben 11-5. Peyton 11-13. Eli 8-3. Tom Terrific 22-8. Rodgers has never won a game in OT and has never led his team to a win when trailing by 9 points or more in the 4th quarter. Brady has done it over 15 times.

Maybe, but one could have said that about Favre's Packers. Still amazes me that they only went to two super bowls, both basically at the beginning of Favre's career.

Seattle just did not come to play in the first half. Maybe it was them facing a younger team in the panthers, or the fact that they WERE the reigning NFC champs, but they came out there like they were facing nobodies. They looked like chumps.

If you're a New England fan you have to want the Broncos to win. No offense to the Broncos, but they're barely beating a beaten up Pittsburgh team. If I'm New England I'd much rather have an offense limited by Peyton's lack of an arm, than a mobile Big Ben who will have a full compliment of receivers, and possible DeAngelo Williams.

It truly is amazing how much the media fawns over Peyton Manning. First brushing off that Al Jazeera report and now so many fans/media thinking Peyton played well today. Wake up guys. He threw wobbly balls all game (Are Nantz and Simms ever gonna acknowledge this?!?!?!). Barely completed 50% of his passes and couldn't smell the end zone for a touchdown. That team will go as far as the defense will allow them. Huge Steelers fumble ruined their hopes. Absolute killer. It's not gonna be easy, never is vs Peyton, but I hope the Patriots win.

I hate rooting for the Patriots but I don't want to see this version of Peyton in the Super Bowl. Pats Panthers is the game we should all want. Be funny if the Cardinals and Colts make it though. Colts definitely kept the wrong coach and it would be Mannings second Super Bowl since the Colts gave up on him.

Peyton in the Super Bowl would be a replay of the last time peyton was there, except somehow worse. The panthers or Cardinals would probably make short work of him.

Manning has played poorly in all 3 Super Bowls. He would get destroyed by the Cardinals or Panthers. I can just picture him on the sideline sulking like he usually does in a big game when trailing. Saw some of it tonight on the sidelines. He has no emotion when losing. He looks lifeless.

Cam Newton would receieve a clip over the ear from my grandfather for destroying a flag, his son will grow up thinking destroying flags is a good idea.

...hey where the fuck is Let It Bleed ?? is he passed out in the back of gronk's party bus after that win last night? I've been high on HGH for the last week or so, completely changed my perspective.... ------ As stated above, the only thing that'll save the Broncos is their defense and the altitude in Denver...hopefully the Patriots practice all week in Denver. God bless.

i'll admit that was a smart move by tomlin kicking the field goal on 2nd down, then going for the onside kick with 17 seconds to go. then if you recover it you've got big ben to sling it at least a couple of times. unfortunately for them, they hadn't successfully recovered an onside kick since 2007. that might be something they want to work on in training camp.

I don't even really care who wins in the AFC.
The NFC Championship game has the two best teams in the league this year in it. Reminiscent of Dallas vs. San Fran in the early 90's. This will be the game to watch!
However... here are the picks... Denver vs. Carolina.

As you said, QB can preform miracles and then not even be on the field because of a coin flip? Even with a touchdown they should be given a chance to respond.

Fun fact of the day: Tom Brady's thrown more touchdowns in Denver this year than Peyton Manning has.
God bless.

No it wasn't coz it lost me money! The last leg of my treble was Denver -7.5 so missed out by half a point! They were 6.5 the day before but I wasn't in the bookies.
