Likely got playpenned because the odds of it descending into aimless random convo within a page or two was much more likely than a thread that's got more weight to it (I.e. discussions about a particular track or album are much more likely to stay on topic than one about hair dye).
Once a thread's been derailed, inevitably that tends to end up with a fair number of 'playpennable' posts, so I guess this was more of a precautionary measure.
Might have more luck getting responses if you want them without getting playpenned by just posting the question as a post in one of the massive threads like the Oasis thoughts one, one of the ones in the Lounge.
Btw, think his hair was dyed to be lighter as that one seems relatively unnatural, and in my experience hair looks darker the longer it is, so unless there was massive difference in lighting, I think dye was involved.

I suppose it never crossed the OP's mind that the difference in hair color could be due to the lighting when the photo was taken, or the color saturation of the picture. Either way, who gives a fuck?

you must be new around here... Well I'm registered here since November 2014. And it's not the first time I noticed that when this guy posts something he often gets insulted like that, even when his posts are relevant. I actually never saw him trolling, just people insulting him and calling him a troll. Maybe he trolled in the past but in the context of this thread I don't think he is, he asked a question about the lead singer of the band this forum is dedicated to, and the question was not insulting or anything. And even if he is trolling, he doesn't deserve the insult. We don't have to take everything so seriously, people who finds his posts annoying just don't have to answer rather than insulting. yeah, you might be true. but people are very tired of this guy's negativity and all the other dozen troll acovaginas he's made in the past. and I'm still not convinced he's atually an Oasis fan. 99% of his posts are about something he doesn't like. very odd for a "fan" to spend so much time in a forum dedicated to something he dislikes so much. and that is why all his threads end up in playpen. he only posts to annoy the rest.
