I wonder when Liam was invited on? A few days ago he was talking about not being on because of the Germany gig but he did both.

I had goosebumps when Liam walked onto stage, didn't expect it at all and he was brilliant, his voice sounded really good. Don't like all the criticism Noel is getting, hopefully he'll come out and defend himself.

DLBIA is 10th on the iTunes singles chart and Time Flies 1994-2009 is 2nd in the Album chart..
I'm pretty sure Time Flies was £4.99 on iTunes, seems to be £8.99 now.

Reunion or not, it was a total dick move by Noel to not even send in a video message like Macca and the countless other bands who did, when it's his song that is the unofficial anthem for the whole tragedy. A reunion may have unfairly grabbed the headlines but that didn't have to happen. All it needed was an acknowledgement and Noel failed to deliver. I've never one for taking sides but I'm definitely on Team Liam with this.

I think Noel just heard Liam was doinh it and thought fuck that im not having anything to do with the whole event then.
In the publics eyes thats a very Liam thing to do.
I think if you told us a year ago theyd be a terrorist attack in Manchester and one brother would travel back to England from a festival a few hours earlier then i think we'd all know it was Liam.
Noel does shit like this all the time. Difference is hes done it in front of the nation this time.

Noel is lucky that his albums of late have been decent because every other aspect of him since the oasis split has been increasingly dissapointing.
He has plummeted in my estimations since the split. He's like a totally different person.

Some of the comments about Noel on this thread border on the bizarre.

Some of the comments about Noel on this thread border on the bizarre. I absolutely agree. I can't believe people are taking shots at him on the background of such an awful incident. And that includes you too Liam!

For example not atending the premier or doing any promotion of supersonic who was his idea in the first place. And in general telling us for years that half the songs and gigs we love as fans are shit. Not mediocre, nor bad. Just plain shit. I always felt more respected as an oasis fan by Liam. He is not perfect but at least he is proud about it.

After reading those tweets I wouldn't be surprised if Noel agreed to do One Love and pulled out at the last minute.

Pretty sure I've seen a picture of Noel in LA, which means, if they called him im the last minute like Liam he couldnt make still.
Still should have at least sent a video, maybe presenting DLBIA...

And that includes you too Liam! If he'd have taken 10 seconds of his time out to send a short video message, there wouldn't be this furore about it. But, as it is, he's sat in the sun somewhere reaping the benefits of increased royalties from people buying his song that has become the unofficial anthem for Manchester. He's normally so outspoken about everything that people throw at him but the whole event has gone by with barely a flicker of acknowledgement. Hardly a classy move when he's one of the city's biggest idols and arguably its most famous songwriter.

Good voice from Liam yesterday. Nice seeing him there doing 3 songs, but unnecessary tweets.
Peace, love and live forever !

To all the people wondering when he was confirmed to play, I think he was booked at least when I started this thread on 2nd June if not earlier, oasis were tagged but they obviously meant Liam hence I started this thread

Don´t know if it´s really necessary for Warner/Chappell UK to post the NME Link about "Liam slamming sad f**k Noel" on twitter and facebook. They should have posted the video of his performance instead to promote him.
