Love the song. The unplugged version really got me hooked on the song.

Live it really buzzes but for me, the recorded version drags and the long drawn out outro is pointless and not needed

Goes on a tad, but what a opulent bit of fun it is. Works great before Cast No Shadow on my Morning Glory playlist ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) .

I agree that Round Are Way would have been perfect for Be Here Now. But some decisions from Noel to leave off better tracks for The Masterplan defy any rationality. I seem to remember that The Masterplan track listing was decided by a fan vote. Not sure if it was an inet vote or a fan club thing but I'm sure it was some type of vote.

Really could have done with the bass being raised.

Really could have done with the bass being raised. The same issue facing the songs from BHN. Like I said earlier, Round Are Way sounds more like a BHN track anyway. Cum on Feel the Noize was the last B side track released in the WTS era, and again sounds like a foreshadow of what was to come with BHN. This song also sounds more like a track from BHN, and not WTS.

Sometimes I like it, sometimes not so much...
I'll listen to it again tomorrow I think.

For some reason I've always thought a food fight in a restaurant would be a good ending to a video for this song during the ending solo/outro.

It should fade out around 5:10 with the "duh-duh-duh duh-duh-DUH!!" brass thing repeating. Also bring Liam's vocals up - and the bass. Put it on Morning Glory.
Done.

Listened to it this morning.
It's alright, a bit annoying.
Defo shouldn't be on WTSMG.

Ahh I really like Round Are Way now.
It's quite addictive, especially when you know what the lyrics are.

I'm probably the only one who really likes the cover of Street Fighting Man. I have no real problem with it, but it hardly begs you to go back to it. Think the problem is on paper you would expect Oasis to absolutely nail it. Turned out to just have Be Here Now production and little else.

Think youre a little harsh on the Across The universe cover though. I wish Liam was singing in more his own voice during the verses but i think they nail the chorus in a way John wanted it to sound on record. He was never happy with the record and blamed paul for wanting him to sound out of tune lol. Still my favourite song ever though

Back in 2002ish I thought it would make for a good b-side for Oasis. 10 years later it sounded dreadful and rushed. Don't like that vocal take at all.

Thank fuck it wasn't played.
