Look at the singles from this album compared to their debut. Cut Off, Club Foot and L.S.F just to name a few were some of the best songs to come out in the 2000s but now Kasabian are just releasing bland pop songs like YILWAP and tuneless crap like Comeback Kid.

The album opener is out live and it sounds fucking great. Finally an amazing song from them. I like YILWAP but this one sounds much better. Sounds directly from Favourite Worst Nightmare from Arctic Monkeys.

Really come around to their new songs. Bless This Acid House is really nice, I understand it's not to everyones taste and in some ways is very derivative but I love it. III Ray is a tune as I'm sure everyone agrees, Comeback Kid is a decent rocker and In Love With A Psycho is okay, I hated it with a passion at first but I find it quite catchy and uplifting now.
I've been going through their back catalogue and I forgot how good some of their songs are. I think like a lot of others I was put off with their rubbish last album, Clouds, Stevie and Bow aside. The one before that was a bit of a let down after West Ryder as well and had too many mid tempo Serge-sung plodders but some songs are great. I think they lost a lot of momentum with the last two releases but I'm excited by the album now again. If these 4 songs are the only good ones though I think that'll be it for me with Kasabian, especially as they never tour anywhere near me. Hope it's good though. In this climate I think to get back to their 2008 level of popularity this album has to be REALLY good. It's got a chance from what I've heard so far

I'm very excited to their new album. All 5 songs they've already performed (Put Your Life, Psycho, Comeback Kid, Acid House and Ill Ray) are great, definitely growers, and probably their best bunch of new songs since the Velociraptor! release. I'm very confident on FCOL being their best album since West Ryder, they're really doing the right thing now, unlike on 48:13 when I felt they got lost on their way.
Ill Ray is the best of the 5 songs, a huge opener, and the live version sounds bigger. By the way, all songs are sounding strongly live, including Psycho. I think people judge Kasabian a lot when everyone knows their style are like "take it or leave it". Just can't wait to the release!!

Already leaked another track from For Crying Out Loud and it is "Are You Looking for Action?". This is the longest track Kasabian has ever released, its duration is 8:23 and people are saying it has the "treat" spirit. Can't wait to listen!

Here's the video of last night's stream of last night's London show, part one starts after about 22 minutes. Enjoyed that a lot, November, for the real deal, cannot come soon enough!

Just listened to Are You Looking for Action? and it sounds massive, great song! Mix between funk and psychedelic, I just loved it! Like a friend said, there's a lot of influence from some Primal Scream songs.

Apparently having an 'edge' for the lead singer of Cabbage is fondling his genitals and forcing a poor girls face into them. You only have to look at the line up of Cabbage to see that they are nothing but backward knuckle dragging bellpieces.

Other that is quite illegal is doing stuff to people without their consent. I dont see how this doesnt ends without the band being stopped by their label(if they have one) and the guy labeled as a sex offender.

Guys like Cabbage try to legitimise such misogyny as 'ladz banter!'. Sexual assault or not, the band will be dropped anyway. Because they're shite.

Has anybody noticed that Tom is REALLY low in the mix in a lot of these songs, both on record and live? I can barely hear him in Are You Looking for Action? and he's barely audible in You're in Love With a Psycho. It's much more Serge prevalent

He has a great voice for hacking vocals but it doesnt has that something that Tom has in his you know?

This actually looks more like an internet meme than a proper artwork.

Why does it put single 4 at the bottom? wouldn't it be the third?

How can a band with such outrageous artwork be so boring?

Why does it put single 4 at the bottom? wouldn't it be the third? Officially it's the 2nd single. There isn't any singles 2 or 3, Comeback Kid is available on Spotify but it isn't a official single (and you can't find "Single 2" on its artwork). I'd say they will release Bless This Acid House and Ill Ray (The King) as singles.

Maybe they changed their plans, but at least they could had fix the artwork.
