Bored of all the bull, fake stories and going round in circles. Let's liven things up with an infamous poll.
Where do you think Liam's album with chart in the U.K.?
I'm going to be optimistic and go with 1.

This should be an EASY number one album for Liam, provided that Black Sabbath or whatever doesn't release an album in the same week.

Still waiting for one prick :-) How about singles, what do you think? Those will most likely fare less better.

Still waiting for one prick :-) How about singles, what do you think? Singles will probably be like No.6 for the 1st single, then 1,364 for the 2nd and 3,689 for the 3rd

He will be very very lucky to get top 5. People won't just conveniently forget about the absolute shambolic catastrophe of Beady Eye. His name holds weight, but in today's market he hasn't got even a remote hope of number 1 if you ask me.

I think you have to be an idiot to think this wont be no.1 or a very strong 2/3 depending on there being a very strong no.1
Just look at the likes of Marr, Pete Doherty, Weller etc. He will sell more than all of them.

Liam Gallagher is a completely different beast. Top 3 no question.

This is surprisingly difficult.
I think it's REALLY going to depend on the lead single. Yes, Beady Eye didn't have Liam's name recognition. Still, they had the recognition of being the first post-Oasis album, which was JUST as good. I think people really forget how much buzz Beady Eye had going into DGSS. Liam will not have the same amount of buzz that they did, even with his name being on the cover, imo.
Another disadvantage for Liam, and conversely for Noel, are the new album sales rules. Streaming is counted toward overall album sales. For an artist like Liam, that is most likely going to solely depend on physical sales, this could cap how many units he can shift, compared to someone who may be able to pull in comparable numbers, physical sales wise, but has the added benefit of getting extra sales from streaming. I don't think that top 3 is as big of a slam dunk as some do. I also think there may be a lot of wait and see action happening with Liam's album. People don't buy records as it is. And yes, Liam has the name recognition, which will bring him attention. But attention isn't the same as sales, and Liam's name isn't linked with quality songwriting. Hence, why I believe he's got a lot riding on this first single. If it's not at least "good," I think it'll be difficult for people to trust him enough to spend money on his record.

It all really depends who has albums out the same week. Looking at April the only one I think can challenge is 2chainz. Ray Davies also has an album out in April. Looking at May, you've got Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Blondie and Linkin Park

The only way this won't go to number one is if there's a big release that week. Blossoms got number one off 15,000 sales ffs.

Sadly album charts are becoming just as pointless as the singles charts. Did you know Bradley Walsh from The Chase had the highest selling debut album last year, beating the likes of Zayn Malik from One Direction?!
I'd like to think us Oasis fans keep things traditional and still buy albums as opposed to illegally downloading or streaming, so I fully expect him to get number one. But if he doesn't? Ach, who cares!

Unless your a big pop sensation these days your album with always be floating in the 30s or 40s no matter how popular you are in other genres. The single could chart high but the reality is #1 albums are from pop stars/groups. His LP will probably be extremely low on the charts. Just reality. Obviously this is talking about UK charts, but the relativity of newer albums charting overy month or so isn't the case anymore. Ed Sheeran's 'X' is number 3. Where is his new record? You would think it would be up there as he's a big pop star, yet even at almost one week in, his previous album still charts high. As stated before, albums don't sell as high as they used to. Artists have more success with singles and those are what will likely chart much higher. Link: www.billboard.com/charts/united-kingdom-albums

Yeah forgot to link the billboard UK album charts which I just added in my posts. America is the same way as well.

I'm pretty confident that as long as he doesn't release it the same week as another big release he will bag a No.1. BE would of been No.1 if it wasn't for Black Sabbath.

DGSS #3, BE #2
Could be number 1, depends of the competition that week.

DGSS came in at #3, which again was unlucky, could of easily been a No.1 if they'd released it the following week.

both ''BE'' albums could easily top the charts almost any other week of the year. bad luck syndrome and they lost the chance to have 2 #1 albums..
Liam's (BE'S) fanbase could make it #1 unless Ed Sheeran's new lp stay #1 for the rest of the 2-3 next years!!!
