Attention songwriters,
As far as songs go, the most let down and disappointed I have ever felt after listening to one has to be when I heard ihitik for the first time. This is cause the verse and bridge are absolutely stunning and build up to something completely mega, then the chorus kicks in, stumbles (ironically) then eventually falls flat on its face.
It always bothered me how much potential that song had if it had a better chorus than the one we got. I would like to see if anyone on here could come up with something worthwhile instead.
P.s. if its good enough, we can all pitch in, get liam to come and re record vocals over the song, stick it out there and it will be a #1, in the charts I bet you. We may even save the music industry if were lucky!

"Iife is hit and miss, and this" "cause baby after all, you'll never forget my name" the chorus just loses the momentum and spirit of the song and i thing it deserves better as instrumentally its great and the verse/bridge part is very good too.

There is only one way to get this done.
Noel has to visit Tesco again.

So you're talking lyrically? More the melody of the chorus id say, however dont really like the lyrics either they seem very lazy. I quoted the lines i didnt like but its more of the way the words are delivered (melody) than the words themselves. D'you know what i mean?

Hmmm not sure how many people on here are capable of writing a better chorus than Noel Gallagher.

Yeah for sure, lets re-write Wonderwall as well while we're at it. Maybe we could make it even more popular, how hard could it be?

Perfect song and chorus.
The fact that the verses are so chorusy already, you dont need a big / huge chorus after that.

I thought for a long time that D'You Know What I Mean? and The Hindu Times needed a better chorus.

Well at least it has a chorus. Listen to Ballad of the Mighty I. Talk about a build up with no pay off. I practically make up a chorus every time the instrumental kicks in.
