I guess it's normal to name demos in whatever comes to your head when they are at an early stage (sometimes they even have any lyrics at all yet). I mean, at some point Riverman might have been called "Pinball v2", for example. But I guess sometimes, names like Columbia, Ballad Of The Might I and The Mexican might end up sticking....
