I dont like Noels champagne supernova, just doesnt do anything for me, supersonic has a different vibe, is a departure from the original for the right reasons and fits better with Noels style whereas champagne supernova is mostly the same version as Liams without liam actually singing it and the trademark guitar stuff taken out so its just lackluster imo.

I listen to Noels supersonic quite often, its got a nice melody stripped down to an acoustic track, its a pleasure to listen to but CS just sounds very boring and disjointed, the arrangement he went with is just different for the sake of being different because he doesnt want to play original rather than changing it into something new.

Noel's Champagne Supernova sounds too much like Record Machine, which makes sense considering that's what it replaced on the setlist. With that said, as much as I absolutely LOVE CS, I'd much rather have RM on the setlist, as opposed to the version of CS we get now that suffers from an identity crisis.

Playing Supersonic like this is like driving a Ferrari and never getting out of 1st gear.
