Just posted on their Facebook page..... In the comments, they responded to a question stating it was 'almost done'. This has come out of the blue with nothing like a hint of new material in the last five years - Robin Pecknold went off to 'get a degree' and the band was on hiatus, many presumed split. The first two albums are of the very highest standard, so I can't wait for this one.

The first two albums are of the very highest standard, so I can't wait for this one. INB4 the new álbum is a 30 minute 10 track álbum, almost formuliac like 2001 Weezer's green álbum.

I LOVE Fleet Foxes and loved the first albums, so I can't wait! Hopefully they'll stop by my little country on their tour.

I remember hearing "He Doesn't Know Why" for the first time. That was magic man. First thing I heard of them was Ragged Wood. I was still a Mika fan back in 2008 and he had it featured in one of his vlogs. Bought the album a couple of days later.
