this could suggest then that Liams the sole writer for the album? Im only seeing "1 writer" on them all except that prodigy track and the beady eye stuff.
could be abit worrying.

A-ha! You made me go back and check, and you're right. That was the wrong Liam Gallagher... these are songs by the 'right' one (same writer credited with Better Man, Songbird, BOADC etc). And these songs weren't listed a week ago, so must be new... ALL I NEED ALL MY PEOPLE ANYTHING'S POSSIBLE BOLD EH LA GREEDY SOUL IKK HVEM SOM HELST NEVER WANNA BE LIKE YOU NO ONE LOVES LIKE YOU DO UNIVERSAL GLEAM WHEN I'M IN NEED YOU BETTER RUN I appreciate this now looks even more like I'm making this stuff up(!), but take it or leave it...
A web link or screenshot would likely clear the whole thing up? Interesting that it contradicts BastardNo#1's earlier tracklist title statement. EDIT: No worries I found it on ASCAP HERE. No question about it, genuine real information. Awesome work! Personally I'd separate 'IKK HVEM SOM HELST' [AKA 'Not Just Anyone'] from the rest of the material for now as that looks likely to be something different but I guess we'll find out soon enough. Thanks a lot! Awesome work, elsa94 & @thecrimsonrambler!! What did bastardno1 say about the tracklist?

The face that the album was finished recording in december and released in the spring is a good sign though.
The record company seem to have faith in the quality of the songs to release it that fast.

I'm hoping that all of the songs have long winded endings, a la Wigwam and that the album is 17 hours long

Eh, I'm not so sure about that. DGSS finished recording in November (2010) and was released in February (2011). That wasn't the best sign.

Noel had a record to release (well two ) right after Beady Eye and the guys were in a hurry to release something post-Oasis. He's had four years to prepare this one, maybe, maybe ?

'Ikk Hvem Som Helst' is Universal on the link. The rest of the songs are Warner as it should be, so the correct track listing is:
All I Need All My People Anything's Possible Bold Eh La Greedy Soul Never Wanna Be Like You No One Loves Like You Do Universal Gleam When I'm In Need You Better Run

They probably won't be listed like that on the album. (mind you, we said the same about Radiohead's last one...)

Norwegian track may be a cross over translation mistake from the website? What was the "track listing" that was posted? That link seems to surely confirm this one, so well done to you and Elsa on the find! Yeah there could be a number of things that track could be but the fact it's with a different publisher has a lot of weight to it. Looking at the Work ID it seems to be in between the DGSS song's IDs and the new solo song's IDs so I'm guessing it was probably uploaded around the time of BE. I reckon it's been on there at least some time and has just been ignored as one of those weird things that crop up. Maybe it was just an instrumental that played in the background to some Beady Eye video, or played during a Pretty Green advert. Who knows? All I know is I would not include it in the list of song titles for the album for sure. As to the 'fake' track listing: live4ever.proboards.com/post/1375629 (<<< thestylecouncil ) I think after that incredible find by The Crimson Rambler , it's safe to assume that official announcement is very near. Maybe but it could still be some time away yet so I wouldn't get your hopes up of anything being right around the corner just yet. I've seen songs listed many months before anything gets announced.

But the festival dates are a hint too. Some of them are quite close so I guess he will release his tecord before.

Indeed, Rolo's cover of Bold was nice but it is pretty much all Liam's songs rolled into one. If he's not had much help with the song writing then I'm not expecting much from this. I hope to be proved wrong, hopefully the fact I have no real expectation from it means I'll get a pleasant surprise.

Isn't Universal Gleam FOTF?
Bit odd to have two songs with that phrase in them?

Isn't Universal Gleam FOTF? Bit odd to have two songs with that phrase in them? As weird as having two singles from two records which were released one after the other with the exact same acoustic guitar main riff?

Its two words. Seldom words indeed but oasis always used same rhymes all over again for example. Don't think its that weird. They sure ised phrases like "fading away" more than just one time.if its the case wait for the context in which the words are used.

But "universal gleam" isn't a common phrase - it's some nonsense Liam invented.

Asked to explain what, exactly, ‘Universal Gleam’ means, Gallagher explained: “‘Universal Gleam’ was when John [Lennon] and George [Harrison] met up with [Beatles publicist] Derek Taylor when Brian Epstein died. They went to meet him and he just said that they had a universal gleam about them. .
