Alexandra Savior, singer-songwriter who wrote her songs together with Alex Turner. Album due to come out in April 17. I like this song:

Amy Macdonald has announced her new album 'Under Stars' which will be out in February. Here's the acoustic version of the first single. Quite mellow but nice. I saw her when she supported Weller's acoustic gig with Steve Cradock in 2007. Nobody knew her and she was giving her first promo EP for free to the people in queue outside the venue.

Still looking forward to those Beck, Massive Attack and Tool albums I was looking forward to at the start of the 2016 albums thread...

Portugal. The Man should be releasing the long awaited Doomin + Gloomin. They just dropped a new song, though it's wildly different from their established sound.
Some Earlier stuff

Not sure if these have anything in the pipeline for 2017, but I'd look forward to any new releases from Franz Ferdinand and EELS.
Foster the People are recording a new album too I believe.
LG & NG albums obviously looking forward to

To be fair, I'm just here sitting and waiting for the Gallaghers albums 'cause the bands I like the most are either extinct by now or I'd rather not buy their new stuff because it became shite now.

Adding Holy Holy to my list. Their debut album was stunning and the new one's scheduled for a early-2017 release.
The latest single is excellent, give it a shot!

'phenomenon'... happen to my older cousins and uncles, who, like myself, were always huge music fans. i swore that no matter how old i got, i would always be into the new stuff no matter what. i was wrong. with that said, i am very much looking forward to the new one from the national, of course.

Ryan Adams had an album set for a Nov. 4th release but it got pushed back without a new date. Really looking forward to it as his latest studio album was great. By the way, some reliable sources say that the new Ryan Adams album is called 'Prisoner' and is being released on February 3rd. First single and announcement this week, probably. Maybe as soon as Wednesday. My list, updated (excluding NG and LG): Ryan Adams Slowdive (mastering done, waiting for the announcement) Ride (currently recording) Alvvays Holy Holy London Grammar

Strong '80s heavy rock vibes. It's good but not great, but I'm pretty sure that the best tracks will be on the album, as it usually happens with him.

Foster the People are recording a new album too I believe. as long as they don't fall into the Extreme or Mr Big trap they should be OK (Mike Portnoy talk for only being known for one song outside fanbases, Oasis are in that trap)
