So what's your favourite record of th year 1990 ?
To make it easier, you'll have two choices. I've tried to take the most albums possible but I must have forgotten a few.
Let's vote !

Geez, I haven't heard over two-thirds of these albums! So I only chose the two I am most familiar with: Nowhere and The La's.

Can't go wrong with Nowhere and Violator. I kind of wish Armchair Theatre was a better album than it is though.

"Fleetwood Mac", obviously. Should have better reread myself before posting.

Well I love The La's, but apart from that, I honestly can't say I've heard any of the others. My old man'll be chuffed to see an Aztec Camera album has made the cut, though. I do like the idea of the thread though, lubeck. There're simply too many great albums from the 60s-90s, to pick just a couple of favourites from each decade, as we've done before on this forum. EDIT: I tell a lie, I've heard the Happy Mondays one as well, but only a couple of times. Not enough to know how any of the songs - barring Kinky Afro, Loose Fit, and Step On - go.

I know some of them, but of course for me it can only be "The good son" by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.

About The La's... Alan McGee just released a photo of The La's album cover on instagram and commented this: "What an amazing first album / I have heard the second one sitting on his couch as he batterrf it out and unbelievably it's better songs than the first". I'd love to hear that
