I know we have GMEX 1997 on YouTube, but I want a HD video, with high quality audio DVD release.
Great setlist, great performance, buckets of fun, and embodies Oasis at the Be Here Now era height.
I have no idea why Management didn't include this as a DVD release with the BHN reissue.
I doubt they ever will, but this really needs a DVD release. Take heed, Management.

I agree, but since I don't see them releasing a dvd alone it should have been released with the boxset.
A thought I had a few days ago:
Definitely Maybe super deluxe boxset: 2x 12'' LP - Definitely Maybe 4x 7'' LP - Supersonic, Shakermaker, Live Forever and Cigarettes & Alcohol 3x CD - Definitely Maybe + B-sides & rarities DVD - Live at the Borderline Live Demonstration Tape Coffee table book ...
(What's the Story) Morning Glory? super deluxe boxset: 2x 12'' LP - (What's the Story) Morning Glory? 4x 7'' LP - Some Might Say, Roll with It, Wonderwall and Don't Look Back in Anger 3x CD - (What's the Story) Morning Glory + B-sides & rarities DVD - Live at Maine Road 12'' Champagne Supernova (Lynchmob Beats Remix) / Cum on Feel the Noize Coffee table book ...
Be Here Now super deluxe boxset: 2 12'' LP - Be Here Now 3x 7'' LP - D'You Know What I Mean?, Stand by Me, All Around the World 3x CD - Be Here Now + B-sides & rarities DVD - Live at G-Mex Centre 7'' D'You Know What I Mean? (NG's 2016 Rethink) / It's Gettin' Better (Man!!) (Live at Knebworth Park) 7'' Stand by Me (Demo) / Going Nowhere (Demo) Coffee table book ...
I think these boxsets would be worth the money, the boxsets we got, especially the Definitely Maybe one is way overpriced.
Or release a live box with 5 dvd with G-Mex, Finsbury Park, Wembley 2009, Knebworth and the full City of Manchester Stadium gig.

Would prefer one of the Earls Court gigs or Aberdeen.

Id take virtually any gig from early '97 over Gmex.

They should have at least put Fade in out from GMEX on the BHN Reissue.

Would love to see both the Knebworth and G-Mex gigs released on DVD. However...nothing in this universe will ever top where I've been to in '97 though...that was the fucking icing on the cake...almost a "best of"...

G-Mex is overrated. There are better BHN gigs.

Wasn't the G-Mex show originally broadcast on Sky? It would depend who owns the footage and as others have said there are better gigs. I would still love to here the Aberdeen gig that Alan McGee in particular rated so highly from that tour.

It was MTV I think. How many BHN era gigs were pro-shot though?

It was MTV I think. How many BHN era gigs were pro-shot though? G-Mex Centre, Manchester Earls Court, London (Only 4 songs available) Apoquindo Stadium, Santiago Budokan, Tokyo They probably filmed more gigs pro-shot (Exeter is in the trailer for the Be Here Now reissue for example)

You'd think they would have found away to release more of these 90s gigs in some format for CTS just knowing at how much the fanbase would gladly eat them up.

It was MTV I'm sure. There's a version with the Noel interview at the beginning and there's the DTV version which i'm 99.9% sure was MTV. It was MTV I think. I'm sure U2 filmed part of it for something. I could be wrong though.

It was MTV...I recorded it. The MTV Special "Oasis Uncut" was also part of it...
