UK, for Liam on a chair on the wall (why???) and Bonehead with sunglasses in the shower. And of course Tony McCarrie at the end!

The US one is much better overall in my opinion, and the pictures of Lennon, Cobain and the others (i honestly can't remember the other ones and i can't see the vid right now) are a really nice touch. The UK one is just nonsense and it doesn't fit the song, although i like the chair.

I prefer the UK one.
Ironic that the UK one was filmed in New York and the US one was filmed in London.

US, the Uk ones just weird and non nonsensical and clearly the work of someone with a camera doing different things on the spur of the moment probably because they thought it will look "artistic".
essentially a mash of experimentation in the art of imagery that accumulates to nothing more than cutting room floor material.

I have voted for the US one. Love the tributes in that video, and the cinematography itself is of a better quality I think. Do love the UK one too though, as it is almost synonymous with 1994 for me...

I prefer the UK one. Ironic that the UK one was filmed in New York and the US one was filmed in London. Funny fact, indeed. To answer to the question, I prefer the US version. It's the one I've discovered first aswell.

US. I don't like the part with Tony gets buried in the UK version.

Both awful video's by the way. I prefer the video of Shakermaker.
Shakermaker Morning Glory D'You Know What I Mean?
Those 3 are their best 90 video's.

Tough one.
I really do love the UK one for some reason.
But the US one logically is better.

UK version is just prettier, I like the color green so that's my reasoning.

Wow. Yet another person who likes Shakermaker. Miracles do seem to happen here!
That, in my opinion, is the best video for a Definitely Maybe single...

Why the fuck was there a need to make an entirely different video for the US? What a waste of money.

The US version, without a doubt. It's one of the best Oasis videos. The UK one is just weird.
Oh and here's another shout out for Shakermaker - brilliant video capturing Oasis in their earliest days.

The US video was the first time I ever saw or heard Oasis so it'll always have a special place in my heart.

The UK one is more iconic in my eyes, purely because it's what I associate most with the song. However, it has to be the US one for me. I think it's a better all round video with better production and with what feels like a better idea

Definitely the UK one. I laugh at the Bonehead soaks you to the bone bit every time.
