Yup, Epiphone EJ-200, that's right.
The electric guitar near the window is Noel's Epiphone Riviera with Bigsby vibrato unit.

The rumour I heard regarding the green guitar in the window was that Noel gave it to the "Noel" in the tribute band nowaysis. Actually it's not green but "Vintage Sunburst", a sort of blend between black and coffee brown in the middle. You can see the same guitar in the Shakermaker video, played by Noel. It's easily recognizable as it had two holes where the original tailpiece was, between the bridge and the vibrato unit. I guess Noel bought the guitar without the vibrato and then had it added by a luthier. It's the first time I hear this rumour... the story behind that Riviera is very unclear. Some say that it got stolen and Noel bought another Riviera (in wine red color, without Bigsby vibrato) as a replacement. Personally I don't think it's true since that very guitar reappeared at the Chasing the Sun exhibition a couple of years ago, so it must be still with Noel or, as you say, it could be owned by somebody else who was/is close with him.

IIRC it was a Golden Les Paul guitar that Noel presented to Gerry (Noel) of Nowaysis after a gig which I think was August 1996 at Kentish Town Forum (Could be wrong on the dates- it's referenced in Paul Mathur's Take Me There: The Oasis Story which I haven't got to hand at this moment).

As always you are right. He says in this interview he gave him the gold top les Paul that he used on the white room in late 1994
