I saw that last night. Tom Delonge is my hero aswel as Liam so thought it was cool
The gig must be from Detroit '99 though? When they did those radio shows. Not 98 as Tom says

Yep, Cobo Arena, as part of The Night 89X Stole Christmas. In order: Ben Harper, blink-182 (who had basically one hit at that point in their career), Oasis and Bush. Oasis played five songs. Still can't believe Bush headlined.
Oh well. Every time I hear "Comedown," I remember that Bush was literally playing it as I was offstage, talking with Noel and trying not to shit my pants. So there's that.

¿Isn't Tom Delonge the Blink 182 member who's completely nuts now?
Thanks.

Oasis have influenced many bands, and people underestimate them.

I don't think there's anything wrong about being interested in that stuff. I personally think there is alien life but I don't believe anywhere near us. But if someone believes that, fine.

Heck, he's making a documentary about Area 51 or some shit.

Agreed, I actually can't wait for it! Though I find it all silly, even if I do believe there is alien life somewhere. But I admire the fact that he has stuck with his "hobby" (?) for this long!
