All For One, no question.
Fuck that Jerry Lee Lewis BOLLOCKS!!! I was just listening to Jerry Lee Lewis maybe an hour ago Jerry Lee Lewis on his own is probably fine but... Bring The Light... is most certainly... Not.

I don't dislike Bring The Light. Thought it sounded pretty good live too. I just didn't think it should be the first thing we heard from Beady Eye. Four Letter Word was tailor made for that arrival. It would have been the safe choice though. Generic guitar song. Exactly what they had been doing for 12 years. Bring The Light was somethinf different. It wasnt to everyones taste at all but it showed Liam had bottle. More than Noel, more than the Roses and more than Blur weirdly enough. If only it was any good. If only.

Bring the light was maybe a misguided introduction to beady eye music.. but as a whole is a ok, enjoyable as catchy pop tune, great tune live.
Seems the roses gone that way with all for one, is undoubtedly a worse tune maybe playing up to squires guitar was their point which it does well, will sound great live..like bring the light, digsy diner etc.
As a come back tune after 5 or 20 years not a great tho

Never in a million years did I think a BDI song would beat a Roses song in a poll! To be fair, All for One is as close to the classic Roses as BDI is to 1996 Oasis. They've been gone for two decades, Ian Brown never even got close to their quality with his solo work - not the greatest signs. Anyway, both songs are underwhelming. All for One has a good guitar part and a great solo, BTL is more fun to listen to, I'd call it about even.

I still think they picked BTL as the first single cause they were trying to point out this isnt oasis anymore whereas four letter word is still DOYS styled etc, problem was BTL was just too retro sounding and too far removed from oasis without being interesting (its not what a life different) had they blended that sound with the spacey dve sitek sound on BE then it mightve been a bold move but people arnt into that 50s rock and jive stuff.
I expect that song alone pushed away a lot of potential fans out the gate.

Bring the light by a pretty good distance. All for One is a turd. Shouldn't be a single, and unlike bring the light, shouldn't be an album track either.
There are probably a couple thousand bands out there who are making better music than All for One.

I don't really get the comparison myself but I prefer Bring The Light. Great live.

Fuck me, I can't believe that I'm actually voting for Bring the Light in a poll!
I totally hated the song when it came out but it has grown on me in recent years. Live performances during the BE tour were really good, that's how the track should have been recorded imho.
