Everybody knows, Steve Cradock, besides being in Ocean Colour Scene and solo work, has been the great guitarist for Weller's band. Actually all the members from Weller's band are talented musician. Keyboard player Andy Crofts is the front man of The Moons and Ben Gordlier from the same band is playing percussion/drums for Weller too.
James Edward Bagshaw from Temples used to be a guitarist of The Moons (he was still in band when The Moons supported Beady Eye in 2011).

Anyway, an another member of Weller's team, Steve Pilgrim (drummer) is nothing less than Cradock, Croft and Gordlier.
