Didn't see a previous thread for this, so thought it might be interesting to see peoples opinions on this! Possibly not as obvious a list as Oasis album rankings! Mine would have to be: - Word Gets Around
- Performance & Cocktails
- You Gotta Go There To Come Back (tied with above, this album has such an atmosphere)
- Just Enough Education To Perform
- Graffiti On The Train
- Language Violence Sex Other
- Keep The Village Alive
- Keep Calm And Carry On
- Pull The Pin

Very hit and miss band. Saw them live in Washington DC in either 2007 or 2008, can't remember.
Haven't made it through full plays of any of their albums, bar Language. Sex. Violence. Other - solid album, mind.

Kinda gave up on them after Pull the Pin, they are the type of band that "Lads Rock" tag is perfect suited for. They are a perfect mid summer slot on a festival type band. They lost something when the late Stuart Cable left the band, it became more Kelly Jones and his haircut and side players after that. Very good band at their peak but sadly lost their rockier side over each album.
1. Word Gets Around 2. Just Enough Education to Perform 3. Performance and Cocktails 4. You Gotta Go There To Come Back 5. Language Violence Sex Other 6. Pull The Pin

To be fair their first album is a very good, Jones actually was a good storyteller about small town life. After that he lost that spark and it did become a bit lad rock but I did like that third album JEETP, more laid back then usual. But I do think a greatest hits set would do you. Amazing to think they were one of the biggest bands in the U.K in the late 90's and early 00's.
