For me, both solos could go on forever, but I prefer the second solo. Probably the most euphoric moment in Oasis.

I'd say they're about equal.
The first solo captures the wondrous atmosphere of the whole song, but the second solo adds a bit of dissonance to the positive theme of living forever. However, if I must pick one, my vote would go for the first solo since that does feel a little more complete to me, even though that outro is glorious too.
