Heard someone's "I Know It's Over" cover and immediately thought what if Stipe sung this. So, built a Stipe A.I. out of pure creative ambition. This is a rough demo version done in around 2 hours of editing, so it gets dodgy a couple of times, and the inference on removing vocals from the piano instrumental had issues. World71R carlober and matt (I know a couple of you don't care for this stuff, but wanted to see your thoughts if possible). |

Done 2 DMA'S gigs this weekend at Newcastle riverside absolutely fuckin brilliant and even had the pleasure of meeting bt95 nice to meet you mate |

Doesn't change my negative mind on these things though! Would have loved to actually hear Stipe sing some Smiths or Morrissey songs. |

Found out today that, a few years ago, Robbie Williams recorded a duet song with the annoying yet most successful German singer Helene Fischer. I'm not a big fan of either so the song stayed under my radar until now.
Anyway, I don't care about the song I just think it's super random.

I’m really loving the new Hives album. It feels most reminiscent of Tyrannosaurus Hives. The last album Lex Hives was in 2012 and was just okay but this new one is consistent and hits hard. Can’t wait to see them again in April.

New Hives album in August - The Death of Randy Fitzimmonds. I’m excited for it. It doesn’t include the couple singles from the last few years “I’m alive” and “Good Samaritan” (which might be my number 1 Hives song…truly blown away by it) but has 12 others. I’d love to have those on the album but let’s see how it turns out. Listening to it today Decent enough, pretty much what you would expect for the most part. Also, absolutely love Good Samaritan!! |
