I read that Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush is heading to number one and is currently the UK's most streamed song. I'm not a big fan of her but I've always liked that song.

A Northern Soul by The Verve, where have you been all my life? Has one of the best openers to an album in my opinion.

Just did the Ziggy Stardust Anniversary listening party. They sure don't make them like that anymore. Been a few years since I listened to it end-to-end. 39 minutes of near perfection that aims for the stars and charges your soul. Love you forever David.

Are Tame Impala any good? Any albums or songs that I should listen to? I might see them in the summer at a festival so might as well get familiar with them.

If you ask people in here they would say the first two albums are great and then it gets spotty. But I like stuff from their latest two albums as well. (But Lonerism is their best work from top to bottom). If you like guitar based music their first two are a must listen to. If you like synths their other two are better for you(Currents and Slow Rush). Their greatest songs(one per release) in my opinion are Half Glass of Wine, The Bold Arrow of Time, Feels Like We Only Go Backwards, Let It Happen and Breathe Deeper

As expected Kate Bush is at number one in the singles chart with Running Up That Hill. Something good at number one in those charts for a change.

I saw them last week and they didn't disappoint me. They have so much potential and great live. I definitely would love to see them again. Dublin City Sky is such a beautiful song.

I'm reading praise and love everywhere for Fontaines DC. I still haven't listened to anything by them... Where do I start? Anyone on here that would like to share a selection of 4-5 songs?

They are just good for 2020s standards. They would be like 987. best band of the 90s.

I would say start with their first album. Their second album which was out this year is quite different than the first one, though it's a good album. You would think they've became mellow with their second album, but Roman Holiday has such a beautiful guitar riff. I absolute love these songs: Dublin City Sky Rocket To Russia (Darklands version) Television Screens (I'm sure you'll like it, carlober. You can hear New Order vibe in this song). Hurricane Laughter, Boys In the Better Land and Sha Sha Sha are great live.

I'd say just start with the first record (they've made 3, all great if you ask me), but if I have to pick 5 tunes: Dublin City Sky No Nabokov Television Screens I Love You

So let me get this straight, Sepultura should split up because Andreas Kisser is having a family emergency right now? Metal needs better fans. Andreas, prayers. Metal heads, fuck you

Kendrick Lamar's Glastonbury show is impressive, incredible star power holding that stage all by himself. No fan of hip hop but you know an icon when you see it. But I can't help pissing myself laughing at the middle class white hipsters getting down with it.
Pet Shop Boys on the other stage are great though. Diana Ross was great earlier too.

Perfection, every second, note, word... Wilco are a great band. For me, their masterpiece is Jesus, Etc. One of the most painfully beautiful songs I listened to in my life.
