MYLO XYLOTO 1. Hurts Like Heaven (Inc. Mylo Xyloto) 2. Paradise 3. Charlie Brown 4. Every Teardrop is a Waterfall (Inc. M.M.I.X) 5. Major Minus 6. U.F.O 7. Princess of China 8. Moving to Mars 9. Don't Let it Break Your Heart (Inc. A Hopeful Transmission) 10. Up With the Birds No Us Against the World? That's a beautiful song and a rare stripped down moment on a very layered album.

That's my fave of the past 3 álbumes. A highlight whenever performed live.

Did anyone else not get the Kendrick Lamar 'Pimp A Butterfly' hype? I love hip-hop, specifically Wu-Tang and their individual members output, but this album did nothing for me. It's not a bad album, but I don't understand the acclaim it's received. Mixing hiphop with social content and jazz was the thing that madre this álbum stand out from the rest of the past year. It isnt my cup of tea but when I have seen performances of Lamar doing tracks of this album theres something that I dont usually feel with other kinds of hip-hop. Untitled 2 thats amazing(even if at parte Kendrick looks like he's playing fruit ninja).

MMIX) 6. Major Minus 7. U.F.O 8. Princess of China (instrumental intermission, shortened) 9. Don't Let It Break Your Heart (inc. AHT) 10. Moving to Mars With less overblown production...and it's a very good album, compared to the mediocrity of the original release.

It's not a bad album, but I don't understand the acclaim it's received. Kendrick has a specific style and it's just probably not your cup of tea. I still think GKMC is his superior output. TPAB is marginally better live:

No, I really don't like that song. It's far too "Christian Rock" to me, too cheesy and cliched. glider, no Up With the Birds? That's one of the highlights to me. Also, I really like the production on MX. There's something appealing about just totally going for a hyper-technicolour, wide-screen, filigreed sound and not holding back at all. The only song which seems overproduced to me is Hurts Like Heaven, which is much better live.

Record Store Day, like it or hate it? Just read Nails' vocalist calling anyone who likes it a 'poseur' like a fucking elitist snob. (Keep your mouth shut unless you can prove to me your new album isn't shite imo)

Maybe been put some where else but mossy Since I Left You is still one of my favourite albums of all time. If they come close to actually topping they be doing well. Hopefully we get to hear some new stuff soon enough.

Crowded House, one of my favourite bands. Neill Finn is a neglected songwriter and deserves more props. He knows how to write a tune. Woodface and Together Alone are probably their greatest works but to be honest they never released a bad album. Probably have one of the best Best of.... Albums in Recurring Dream.

Up with the Birds, though it gets the job done, it is undoubtedly the weakest Coldplay closer.

We need reissues of The Verve's work and we need it now! The B-sides for A Northern Soul & Urban Hymns are as good as Oasis b-sides add some demos and live tracks and we get some brilliant music. C'mon Dicky pull yer finger out.
