Depends on the day, but today, I'll go with Off at the Next Exit. It flows very naturally and goes out just as fast as it comes in. Liam also sounds great and those backing vocals are nothing short of incredible.

On the other hand, Back After the Break has all of those features, but feels a little more complete and has a killer chorus that is both calming and hooks you well while still sounding right. I also love that light riff and the small solo after the second run through the chorus.

So basically speaking, they're both great songs and should've both been on BE. :))
