Has someone got more info about it? Date, what radio has broadcasted it. I think it was Xfm (now Radio X) who did it sometime in 2014

I think it was from november 2014. I have the complete show/interview whatever. It is called: "An Evening in Conversion With Noel Gallagher".
You can purchase it online from audioboom.

I posted the Nicky and Noel excerpt before in another thread, but the whole thing was done on November 4th 2014 for Xfm (now Radio X). The full show including Nicky Wire, Alan McGee, Hamish McBain (ex-NME) and John Kennedy hosting, is available to download at Radio X

For those who find this thread and want to listen to the interview, it is on YouTube:
It is great and brings back great memories of seeing Oasis for the first time on the aborted US tour in the fall of 1996 at their height. Nicky's backstage stories are amazing and truly highlights how out of control the good ship Oasis was at that point.

Once again, does anyone know any way of hearing this nowadays? All of the official download links seem to have expired.

He discussed a lot of the early years, which is always interesting.

thanks for the link, really enjoyed it, Noel on great form (and McGee too)
The only segment I'd didn't enjoy was the Nicky Wire bit - he must have a long tongue to get it that far up Noel's arse! No surprise they weren't at Knebworth this time round is it!

No surprise they weren't at Knebworth this time round is it! That's a bit harsh! The Manics don't come to mind when you think when you think of career climbers / ar$e lickers... in fact quite the opposite.

Thanks for posting - this was Noel on good form and sounded like there was still some warmth towards Liam (probably because it was before Liam’s solo career took off!)
