Go Let It Out by a landslide. LAMB is a decent enough tune and evidently strong enough to have made the record but yeah, it's pretty overrated. I've always found the transition between the verses and choruses to be a little off too. Of all the SOTSOG b-sides I much prefer Full On.

i prefer the demo's of SOTSOG as many of the songs work better with noels voice. Imagine if Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants was a Noel solo album.

Noel wrote these juggernauts during this period: Gas Panic! Go Let It Out Where Did It All Go Wrong? Roll It Over Let's All Make Believe Little By Little (demo lyrics) Carry Us All The Hindu Times (demo lyrics)It's A Crime Revolution Song Record Machine That shows how underappreciated the SOTSOG era. Probably the last record where Liams late BHN era vocals were still present and in top form throughout. As for the poll, GLIO takes it definitely. It's raw and refreshing. LAMB is brilliant but GLIO is proper single material. Record Machine was written in the fall of 2002. A long time after SOTSOG was recorded in the summer/fall of 1999. And Hindu Times wasn't written until early spring 2001. Thanks for the clarification. I read somewhere he wrote Record Machine during the SOTSOG era around the same time as It's A Crime. Also thought Hindu Times was circa late 99' to early '00. Forgot to add Just Getting Older to the list as well.

Fuckin’ In The Bushes Go Let It Out Who Feels Love? Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is Gas Panic! Where Did It All Go Wrong? Sunday Morning Call I Can See A Liar Roll It Over Let’s All Make Believe (As Long as They've Got) Cigarettes in Hell One Way Road Carry Us All Full On Idler’s Dream Just Getting Older Let There Be Love Force Of Nature Little By Little Teotihuacan Revolution Song For One So Young [Unreleased] Liam Written:
Little James An impressive collection I think. Creams the HC era.

Both belters, but Go Let It Out for me. There's so much going on with the funky bass, the keyboards, the drum loop, the whistle, and all the usual guitar bits you want to hear in an Oasis record. Particularly enjoy the track for all the bits Noel adds on, such as the infamous "pick up the bass" (later to become "pick up yer face" when translated into Liamspeak) and his Jarvis Cocker-esque grunt at the end of the first chorus: "we're the keepers of their destinyyyyyyyyyyy - uh!"
Shame none of the other tracks were half as interesting.

Not even gonna try I read it in the NME. Obv could be slipping my mind but I can't ever remember Noel chatting up LAMB either.. I have pretty much every single UK mag oasis we're in from that period and a I'm a huge LAMB fan I'd maybe remember something. And Btw it wasn't shagging birds listening to the clash I was just being an oasis huge Fanboy at that era .... How things change :/

LAMB is awesome, but the reason it isn't on the album i think is beacuse it sounds too much like Feel by Robbie Williams. Too bad, one of my favourite Liam's vocals on it, class song.

cant really say ones better than the other cause they arnt the same type of song, GLIO is a more fun song to listen to but LAMB is more powerful lyrically and in general atmosphere.

both are good songs but in my opinion go let it out is better . i think that this song is a bit diffrent musically than the kind of stuff they were doing up to that point (1999) . plus noel played most of the instruments on that track and that's preety cool. i like the sound of the bass on that one, and the keyboards too. and the fact that noel played on them in this track makes it even better.

who feels love and go let it out are the best on the album imo who feels love gets a lot of flack and while I think its better than alot would think its still pretty meh for me, its not a song I revisit much and I dont really know why, its just sort of there, where did it go wrong is better for me (though the album version isnt as good as the demo)

The right time is always now, to go let it out.
