Let's All Make Believe is one of the most overrated things on this forum ever, together with Flick Of The Finger. I like it, but Go Let It Out easily beats it IMO. Good lyrics, drum loop is awesome, I like the Strawberry Fields Forever like keyboards and the guitars at the end. The only thing I don't like are the whistle and the way Liam's voice sounds in the chorus. It sounds like he's "letting it out" if you know what I mean

Vintage Noel. He touted that song to the point where we all were let down. Had he just released it it would have been a good tune. But he made that tune out to be wonderwall 2. Vintage Noel. Overhyping a decent tune. But hey he sold it

I prefer Go Let It Out because it was one of the first Oasis tracks I ever heard. It's stupid that Let's All Make Believe is a b-side. It's one of the best songs he wrote between 1999-2002

Like he did every tune he has chased live forever his whole life

Go Let It Out. I still think it is the best Oasis song post 90's among TIOBI, Gas Panic!, Songbird, etc Let's All Make Believe is still very good though, it should have been on SOTSOG instead of Little James.

Where are you getting this info?

Looking back in real time.......January 2000.............me, like many of you, were probably extremely excited that Go Let It Out was a good single backed by an amazing b-side thinking Noel is up to his usual dominance. What could the rest of SOTSOG sound like? The next chapter of Oasis is kicking off just fine!
Then SOTSOG leaked in early February.................

Noel wrote these juggernauts during this period:
Gas Panic! Go Let It Out Where Did It All Go Wrong? Roll It Over Let's All Make Believe Little By Little (demo lyrics) Carry Us All The Hindu Times (demo lyrics) It's A Crime Revolution Song Record Machine
That shows how underappreciated the SOTSOG era. Probably the last record where Liams late BHN era vocals were still present and in top form throughout.
As for the poll, GLIO takes it definitely. It's raw and refreshing. LAMB is brilliant but GLIO is proper single material.

And Hindu Times wasn't written until early spring 2001.

Just sayin But then again. You were like 12 then. So you need to scan the net. Not your memory. Why your the little brother. Your not always right.

Been reading UK music magazines at Barnes & Noble like scripture since late 1994. I've never read Noel commenting on that song (LAMB) prior to SOTSOG being released.

Good luck.........you are gonna need it.
