Don't think Star Wars is all that really. Empire is an absolute masterpiece, there's no doubting that, but after that, two of them are godawful (1 and 2) and the other four are just silly action romps that, whilst they are good fun and I wouldn't turn them off if they popped up on telly, I wouldn't say I had an emotional connection to in any way.

Star Wars is all about the characters, and the series has some of the most fun, lovable characters in movie history. The original trilogy is quirky, fun, and emotional. Vader is a great villain. Like is a great hero. Han is possibly one of the greatest supporting characters ever. It’s a fun universe to escape to. I love it
