Liam should've been on The Fame. Potentially could've been great I think. I agree Liam should have been on the record, although possibly with lyric changes given that one or two particular lines were very much about Noel? "I'm a man of choice/In an old Rolls Royce" is obviously the chocolate brown one presented by Alan McGee to him, and I do wonder if he's also the character, at least partly, who inspired the lines about drinking champagne and sniffing cocaine in the song to mask out people laughing at "your despair"? The late 1994 to Knebworth period was a pretty dark personal time for Alan despite the financial rewards of a now stable Creation Records and the international success of Oasis. Beyond that I think 1996/1997 Liam on form would have sounded cracking belting out that chorus

I know we all have them, but why won’t Management release a re-mastered the Lost Tapes collection?

Listening to Whatever right now... The last minute is probably the most beautiful of all Oasis discography.
Pop perfection.

Drove back from the KP last night after beating the Gooners for the first time in 24 years and put my ‘Leave This City’ playlist on which is my ‘if Oasis were around today and b-sides didn’t exist’ album which would have fitted between DM and MG. it’s a cracking euphoric listen
1.Aquiesce 2.(Its Good) To Be Free 3.Talk Tonight 4.Fade Away 5.Listen Up 6.Some Might Say 7.Rockin Chair 8.Half The World Away 9.Headshrinker 10.Whatever
Imagine this though? DM as it is as their first album, this as the second and then MG (with The Masterplan instead of SMS) as their third

The first minute with the helicopter sounds etc sounds fuckin amazing.

When Wonderwall comes on the radio....
I put my hands up, they're playing my song, and the butterflies fly away. Nodding my head like yeah. Moving my hips like yeah.

I just discovered that Rod Stewart covered C&A and I died a little inside.Noel went and installed a swimming pool at his Spanish property with the royalties instead

there's a Wonderwall cover featured on the trailer of this new tv show, your typical american procedural fbi crap according to the comments, it's by a scottish band called Ex Makina

If I was with someone who had written wonderwall, slide away and talk tonight for other lasses, yet presents me with SHE IS LOVE? I would leave him quicker than Scott Macleod did the band
