yes, Healy admitted that he used the chords of Wonderwall. There's also the line 'and what's a Wonderwall anyway?' in the lyrics

The first verse goes:
'Every day I wake up and it's Sunday Whatever's in my eye won't go away The Radio is playing all the usual And what's a Wonderwall anyway?'
It's obviously an homage. I doubt they even needed any permission since they also thank Oasis in the liner notes.

Wonderwall's also mentioned in Slide Show, another track on The Man Who - "There is not a Wonderwall to climb or step around", whatever that means.

There are 3 bands referenced in that part...
'There is no design for life (Manics) there's no Devil's Haircut in my mind (Beck) there is not a Wonderwall to climb or step around (Oasis)'

Try to look for the Travis gig for VH1's Storytellers. Fran explains the background on the lyrics for Slide Show. IIRC he said that Devil's Haircut/Wonderwall/Design for Life were reminding him of a period in his life, where he listened a lot to them, and the lyrics are kind of a homage.
