Says you who mentions them more than anyone on here. Just how many times have you watched the above YouTube video now? Come on, mossy, own up. We're all friends here... Bonehead's testicles MADE Oasis. - Liam Gallagher, on accepting the Best British Video award for 'Wonderwall', at the 1996 BRITs It's a shame people only ever remember the slagging off Blur bit. Bonehead's testicles didn't get the recognition they deserved, goddammit! They were instrumental in those early recordings...etc.

Or Liam wearing his shades on top of his head, like some middle-aged Englishman away to Benidorm for the weekend. ...or, you know, the blood relatives about to lock lips. Since when is wearing snglasses on top of the head bad??? That scene is probably my fav one in the trailer... Liam's shades getting knocked off his head is very funny! But yeah, they do have a habit of getting slightly overly affectionate with each other, don't they ;-)

Right, well, I don't think they will - but it doesn't matter. It's publicity. It's something at least. Let's keep this going for the final stretch. Gimme that trailer TODAY. We've only got 27 days to wait for the full film! I'm actually tempted to not bother watching a trailer now and go in to the cinema with zero preconceptions. Well...?

Awesome trailer. Love how they used The Masterplan the most prominently of the songs. Think about it: a b-side that's over twenty years old being used at the forefront ahead of their most famous hits, yet most will still be able to recognize that b-side? That's fucking amazing.

Oh, can we also have a U.S. theatrical release, please? Preferably, at the movie theater down the street from where I live? Thanks.

That didn't get me as excited as I expected. Hope it has some sort of story or emotional punch to it. The trailer made it look like someone flicking through a YouTube playlist.

Is that Peggy that makes one or two comments? Would be very interesting if they interviewed her.

I must have watched the trailer on repeat for about half an hour. This is going to be 2 hours in total awe. However, because I'm a tiny bit biased I'm not in the slightest way able to judge how this trailer could appeal to non-Oasis hardcores. Was already met with a few rolling eyes at work and at home today. Anyway, yeah, should be biblical!

They were instrumental in those early recordings...etc. I've heard an urban myth that the band had so little money when making Definitely Maybe, that Tony McCarroll had to use Bonehead's bollocks as drums. It makes perfect sense as to why the drums sounded quite limp on that album....

You see this Oasis in the trailer? THIS is Oasis - not the limp lifeless one from the 2000s onwards.
Proper rock fantasy stuff that is - looks really good from the trailer. As it was made by the same folk who did Senna, I was worried it would feature some contrived element to it that bends truths - i.e. Blur as the villains, just like Alain Prost was in the former film. Doesn't seem that way - looks entirely focussed on the Gallaghers as it should be, though here's hoping Bonehead and co make up a good supporting cast (obviously no Gem and Andy hopefully).

Or does this site have it wrong? think the original plan was that there was a world wide showing with the live satellite event on the 2nd october. then the general cinema release is on the 14th october .. but obv that could all be different now
