Hmm, not complaining, but of all the songs on Chasing Yesterday, a demo of The Girl With X-Ray Eyes is perhaps my least desired. I assume it'll be a standard acoustic run-through anyway. There must be something special about it, if they decide to release it.
I would have rather heard early versions of Riverman (before it went all Protheroe), You Know We Can't Go Back (pre-Springsteen) or In The Heat Of The Moment (pre-nananahs and being New Order). Or the AA/HFB 1 versions of The Right Stuff/The Mexican, for that matter.

I mean, I'm glad we're getting it, and that he might be listening to our pleas for more material, but it really sticks out to me that he'd release this demo over many others. Maybe he chose this song because it has special significance to him?

It's a bit lazy giving demos out as b-sides, at least do some covers or something if you haven't got any new songs.

I don't think all the dates have been listed on SeeTickets yet. Can't see him missing London from a UK tour. There must be an official announcement soon if tickets are going on sale on Wed... Surprise Album Number 3 announcement anyone ;-P Let's hope London is on the list. As for the 3rd album, we know it's not going to happen, but it would make sense to release it early next year before the tour. The way this second leg of the tour has been programmed is just strange. After all, Noel is not one of those artists that are constantly touring, regardless of whether they have released an album or not. The last gigs took place in July, there's a couple of performances in December, and the tour resumes in March. As I said, it's very strange. Looks like I was wrong! What an odd tour.

Great! I hope it's a full performance. Or even better: a full acoustic performance.

The prices are pathetic, £55 for standing at a bog standard arena gig?
i think im done with seeing noel now. boring setlists, crowds full of drunken middle age men in sunhats and all for a stupid amount of money.

I got an email with the Pre-sale. It is See Tickets again.
I was looking on Ticketmaster too though, does anyone know about the Venue Pre-sale & what tickets they have? I was thinking of phoning the Hydro on Thursday

I'm struggling to see the point in all these new gigs, even another RAH gig outside the TCT, what?!?! I'm struggling to find the motivation to go after going to loads earlier this year (which were great). I just don't know if I could go through all the same material again so soon. I find these new shows strange so soon after the previous tour.

Possibly going better than even Noel and his management had hoped for, so it's a case of squeeze some more cash out before the promotion of the Knebworth stuff, assuming (and I am) Oasis don't reform.

I think that a reunion is far away at this moment, first Noel's tour, 3th album, Knebworth and Be Here Now release. I hope Liam will find some people to create a solo album or play just with Gem some acoustic gigs.

I agree on the reunion, but IMO as I've said before I think musically Liam is done though I wouldn't mind being wrong on this occasion
