I'm conflicted because I keep watching the teaser and video says psychedelic (nice) but audio says dance/electronica (nope). Fort Knox sounds interesting though

Struggle to understand the words Noel sings in the 3rd clip due to the mix "The one I love, the one I love, she is divine, she's up to blow my mind. The one I love, the one I love, she taught* me to fly, she raised me up, now I can fly".
* (could be "told")

I want album number 4 quick after this. Next year if possible.
Then it won't matter that much even if this album is failure. Who cares that some of the Beatles or Stones early albums were not that good? The important thing is to keep working and progress. Then people will forgot about all the bad stuff.
But when you wait something for years and it's not that good, that failure will always be remembered (Chinese Democracy etc.).
I believe that this is good direction for Noel and that he should keep working with David on 1 or 2 more albums. Even if Who Built the Moon don't sell enough or don't get positive reviews from music critics.
And Noel now knows that he can write in the studio, so he doesn't have to wait for songs to fall from the sky him, he can't bullshit us no more. When you work hard, songs will come.
Quick and if possible different fourth album will give us different view on High Flying Birds discography and Noel as songwriter. He was after his first solo album that, without doubt talented guy, but boring fucker who knows to write only one type of song and with that to please his boring 40 something years old audience.
If we get quick two fresh, exciting albums then people will also look on first two albums with new eyes. Chasing Yesterday will be that very good but nothing spectacular album from transition period (and that is the best that you can get from any artist in that period). And first solo album will be that proof that he can still write in classic way when he wants but now that will be just one of his strenghts and not the only one.

The issue with this is the music industry now. He makes more money, I assume, touring than he does from sitting in the studio, which costs him money. He's also really proud of this one it seems and I think he's going to want it to have a chance to get out there. And finally he said it's going to elevate his gigs to another level and I don't see him cutting that short. His time for big tours won't last forever and he's going to want to tour the world a couple more times before he can't do it after every record anymore.

The song clips helped keep my energy up during furniture shopping. Must've listened to it dozens of times while at crate and barrel. Got that nightstand and dress of drawers didja

Reckon Fort Knox (the bells etc) will be the walk on music for the live shows and then straight into the tune. What an opening that could be. Monster tune by the sounds if it.

Be intrigued to see how these songs work live, despite only hearing a limited amount of a handful of tunes. An interesting direction to be going in when he has some of the old Oasis band on stage with him now.

I hope it can replicate the vibe of Fuckin in the Bushes as an opener. If it can be anything like them walking out to FITB at Wembley in 2000 we're in for a ride.

Fort fuckin Knox man. That intro fires at you like a Gatling gun.
I'm guilty of imagining an alternate universe where Fort Knox was announcing a new Oasis album with Liam and Noel both singing the chorus. That would've been fucking mega.

I really, really dig the new direction. And I wouldn't actually call it a "modern" sound. Holmes is well known for his love of the vintage vibes, so this trailer has more 70's psychedelia/Krautrock thing going on than (as some people claim) Coldplay. Very lazy comparison.
Makes me wonder how Liam's album might have been like if Warner Bros didn't play it safe and didn't pair him with all these boring writers. Imagine another "Scorpio Rising", that would be biblical.
