Who is Noel referring to about people coming after his family? I hope it’s not this forum - there are the occasional inconsiderate dicks who do make the odd distasteful post about Sarah, or his kids (especially his daughter), but the Mods do a very good job of shutting that shit down. I hope he wasn’t trying to indicate that he’s at war with the Oasis fans? That’s what it sounded like, though. It was very sad to hear, honestly. Tbh I don't think he's talking about this forum but some people on social networks have gone TOO far |

I do miss the time when I had to stand in a queue at front of a ticket shop all night to buying a ticket for a gig. Compact disc? Internet? I'm one of those analog generation. Of course time change, things change and people change, but my passion for music never change. Nobody tells others how to listen to music nor how to and in which format you have to purchase music, but in this modern society we're living in, everything must have done in a minute. Fast, quick, grab as much as you can! Hallelujah, take it easy. Still 9 nights to sleep until when I hold my copy of Who Built The Moon and to listen to the entire album for the very first time! I understand what you’re saying, but the experience is still there, the only thing that has changed is the medium. Recall the legendary Polish radio leak of Lyla in 2005 and everything that has happened since. The excitement and rush remains. WAGA WAGA WAGA, The leak is imminent WAGA WAGA WAGA |

The clip of TMWHBTM is the best thing I've heard so far out of anything we've heard from this album cycle. Dead in the water sounds great but I've listened to that clip of TMWBTM a thousand times already. |

Style and tempo of these songs leaves me thinking that, but for their late arrival, they’d all have been in with a shout of making the Trainspotting 2 soundtrack.

Well, I can safely upgrade my score from a 7 to a solid 9. I knew the studio version would rock it. If I could change anything, it'd be to lose the spoken word segment. Not working for me. As You Were is the album I blast as I zoom down the highway, singing at the top of my lungs. Who Built The Moon? will be the one I put headphones on and turn down the lights for. |

I picked up his last album the day before official release. If you have a local record shop that gets current vinyl releases and make friends with the people that run them, you can usually hear a record they have waiting for release the following day. Most record shops still get stuff in before release, AFAIK. |
