The combination of a Swift and Eminem made Friday a no-go. |

My hunch is that it wasn't Taylor Swift that pushed them off of Friday, but Eminem. His single release date had been up in the air for a bit. The combination of a Swift and Eminem made Friday a no-go. He should have done it last week. It was a calm week and he had Jools Holland that same weekend. Now it could come out just one week prior to the album. Who knows. But I kinda feel like Eminem released his single off schedule. Revival is supposed to be released this week on the 15th. His single is coming less than a week before the album. It actually would have made far more sense and would have been far more of a standard release if Eminem had released his single during Jools. That would have given him around 2 full weeks prior to album release (so I wonder how quiet of a week that was during the planning stages, and if it only became a quiet week in hindsight). |

It actually would have made far more sense and would have been far more of a standard release if Eminem had released his single during Jools. This is why November albums are tricky. So many big acts drop stuff this time of year and a 50 year old ex Brit popper has got to be extremely careful. |

There'll definitely be more singles but they'll probably have remixes as b-sides. I don't hold out too much hope for it, but given how much Noel worked on the tracks I'd love to hear earlier versions with alternative lyrics etc too. For example, the version of Fort Knox with Noel's vocals. X |

Anyway,this week I would put my hand in the fire about IABW,even a new Miles Kane song in the way and Morrissey's new album. And if WBTM leaks will be an amazing week.

I'm really hoping that "Dead in the water" is as good as his story... I really want to like his new album.
I don't get how it hasn't leaked, considering people/ friends are getting it in the mail. 🤞

Nothing is ever deleted, it's all kept. For Anthologies...etc. It would be foolish not to keep everything, especially in the digital age. Does not cost much. When Noel claims nothing was kept from DIV sessions or AA sessions, he's lying. |

The official account tweeted on Saturday to make sure you have the album presaved on Spotify to be among the first to hear music when it drops so I wouldn't be too surprised if we got Beautiful World on Monday or Friday.
