They'll obviously play all the singles from DM (bring back Supersonic!!!!) plus RnRS... it'd be very nice to hear any version of Slide Away, but that's tuff...
Wonderwall, DLBIA and CS will be there too, but I rather that they dropped Wonderwall, it just doesn't sound the same anymore... I remember Noel adding that he couldn't stand playing MG anymore, so that'll be probably out....
When it comes to Be Here Now, it's a really shame... they probably won't play DYKWIM (which I love) cos' they dropped it during the HC tour for some reason, probably won't do it again... DGA could show up as a Noel version, but that's hard... I'd bet for AATW, which everyone's been talking about, it would sound mega with an orchestra... any other song would be a real surprise for me...
From SOTSOG I only hope they bring back Gas Panic!... that tune is fuckin' amazing, sounds awesome live, and Liam doesn't have a problem singing it...
From HC I'd be happy with the return Of HT, that song is so full of energy... but the most probable song still is Songbird, and I do believe they'll drop it
From DBTT I hope they stick to TIOBI and would be nice to hear a live electric version of LTBL... wouldn't care much if they dropped all others...
Well, about the b-sides, that's what where we can hope for surprises... Fade away would be a nice inclusion since the 2001 version is pretty cool.. Id hope for Headshrinker but again, since they dropped in the beggining of the last tour they probably won't bring it back again... I could also expect an electric version of It's Good To Be Free which Noel played a lot during his sets with gem...Also hope they keep the acoustic electric songs like they did Masterplan and Talk Tonight during the DBTT tour sounded awesome!!

7th album:If I'm to guess, I think they will play two songs from the forthcoming album. 2 tunes? No chance. At shows on the DBTT tour they played TUTS, MF, LYLA, LLAB, TIOBI, MOS, and ABWR. I'm expecting only new album tunes (6-8) and the classics (CS, DLBIA, LF, Wwall, and possibly one or two between these: C&A, MG, Ssonic, Sbird, RnRS, LBL). I don't think shows before the album release will use a different setlist than post release What I'm praying for is Columbia Yes, but If you see what I wrote after the post you've quoted, you'll notice that I've written that they will add more new songs when the new album is released. It'll probably be like they did on Glastonbury '04, in that they played two unreleased songs from the new album. But, there is also the probability that they will play more songs, like the did on shows right before Heathen Chemistry was released. And I really hope they bring back Columbia as well! That song should be a regular on their set list. It sounds much better live than it does on the album.

For me a must would be, first and foremost, RNRS, C&A, MG
and although that's pure wishful thinking, I'd just like to mention that BHN songs like It's Gettin Better Man, Fade In-Out and My Big Mouth sounded incredibly live... just imagine them with the rock-n-roll style of the 05/06 tour
However, Way Cool Jr. was (unfortunately) right by saying "if you're seeing the band for the first time live you probably don't know/want to hear cloudburst. They play a pretty good setlist for those kind of people, and people like us who have heard wonderwall a billion times are just happy to go to the show"
I believe that the live versions of the BHN songs in 08/09 would've surprised people no less than the new songs
P.S. I love "Cloudburst", one of the best tunes to listen to in the morning, together with MG
P.P.S. That's why I loved the setlist of the Noel's 07 acoustic tour: b-sides, BHN song, DBTT song, Smiths cover - because these acoustic gigs were mainly not for general public but rather for devoted Oasis fans

Although they will mainly play the classics and a few new tunes. I don't think it's much to ask for 1 song specially put in the set list for the proper fans.
Like when they played Step Out at on the SOTSOG tour in the UK.
Would love to see them play Headshrinker, or anything from BHN would amazing!

1. Rock and Roll Star 2. Stay Young 3. Go Let it Out 4. D'You Know What I Mean 5. Cigarettes and Alcohol 6. Wonderwall 7. Little By Little 8. Stand By Me 9. Gas Panic! 10. A Bell Will Ring 11. Roll With It 12 Cast No Shadow 13. Supersonic 14. Don't Look Back In Anger 15. Live Forever 16. Whatever 17. Slide Away 18. Champagne Supernova
This would obviously dump some tunes in favour of some newies, but this would be my perfect show at this stage.

Exactly! For example, I discovered Step Out only after listening to Familiar to Millions.
Same was with the great Bring It On Down during the DBTT tour - and it sounded incredible!

the way i see it: these songs are pretty much certain to be played: live forever champagne supernova wonderwall (ugh!) don't look back in anger turn up the sun (opener again, why not!) lyla importance of being idle cigs and alcohol (ugh) there's 8 ritght there, then you figure they will probably do at least 5-6 new ones from the album,, doesn't leave much room for them to 'mix it up', although thats what we all want,, but as someone else already pointed out they almost have to play these 'famous' songs for new fans/fans that have never come out to see them before and oh yeah, i agree with you liam, 'my generation' has got to go. now. surely there is a beatles tune they can cover? hay even street fighting man would be cool for me!

I would love to see them open with Go Let it Out or the Swamp song again. I think both of those were great openers. Turn Up the Sun is a great opener aswell, but I just loved that energy that the Swamp Song had. I remember when i saw them at MSG noel teased the audience a bit and did the first couple of notes to the opening riff. i almost shit myself i was so excited.

As much as I love the song, Morning Glory has to be dropped from the setlist. It's been on the set list since 2002. Replace it with either Supersonic or Columbia.
As for the cover. Fuck it! They got their own songs, which I rather think they should play. Give us All Around The World as the final song! It's a good sing-a-long song, that will probably continue long after the band has left the stage.

And if they play a cover i would kill to hear them do baby your a rich man - I think it would be incredible with Noel singing the falsetto verses and then liam coming in on the choruses
