Personally, I like the acoustic/progressive side to Oasis more than the straight ahead rock & roll. I mean I love songs like RNRS, SMS and MG...but I've noticed my favorite songs are the progressive ones like The Masterplan, Let's All Make Believe, Going Nowhere, Sunday Morning Call, etc...
So I ask you...which type of album would you prefer? Noel's already said he'd like to bring in the 100 piece orchestra, choirs, etc..so I'm hopefully they keep going in that direction

I want a full-on belter
The swagger, the voice, the attitude. Tunes that they could play to 60 000 just like Supersonic, Acquiesce, Cigs & Alc, etc.
I agree that the acoustic based songs are good. However, the great ones are usually sung by Noel. Let's save those babies for extra boxed sets and Noelly G's solo effort.
Bring on the Big Guitars.

I want more like Morning Glory and Some Might Say. I think an album of stuff like that might get mainstream attention back to Oasis. Now, I love the acoustic stuff (only if its with Noel on vocals), but I think we have plenty of that

My favorite songs right now are either their very rocky stuff. Supersonic, Headshrinker. No non-sense rock and roll.....
or noel acoustic stuff. half the world away, dyer wanna be a spaceman. I don't really listen to anything in between anymore

Dunno if your joking, but I wouldn't mind another SotSoG style album, maybe with some louder guitars like Headshrinker and Go Let It Out combined.
