Not properly psychedelic and not from the '60s, but as lamboasis posted some material by Verdena comes close to that... It's actually one of the very few Italian bands that I listen to. This track called "Razzi Arpia Inferno e Fiamme" (meaning "Rockets, Harpies, Hell and Flames") is among my favorites from them:
