Every album they've made has atleast a few psychedelic songs or parts in songs...not to mention SOTSOG is considered a psychedelic album. So the question is should they be considered a psychedelic band along with the whole rock/britpop thing? Or no?
I think any band that makes songs like Gas Panic, The Cage, Fade In-Out, Champagne Supernova, Who Feels Love, BOADC, etc.. should be considered to be partly psychedelic. They're not Pink Floyd and their not the post '67 Beatles, but I still think they should be considered a psychedelic band

I know what you mean morningsupernova...I quite like pshychedelic music myself to be honest.
A song like "Who Feels Love" is quite psychedelic and I think Noel quite funcies that kind of music, but if they should be considered a psychedelic band? My answer is no.

i would say no as to classifying them as such. but as a band with psychedelic influences and leanings? definitely.
