His father is an idiot.
I am glad that this over with the court, Novak wasn't guilty about that and Australian government did terrible things. I really supported him with this because rules are rules and he didn't break any. They can't do that to anyone if he didn't break any rule, no matter how big dick you think he is.
Anyone's personal opinion didn't really matter.
Now it's time for personal opinions when he is free xD Now it's time to see, for example, what he was doing with kids one day after he tested positive.
He will have media conference soon.

1:0 for Djokovic so far “What more could this man have done”, said Judge Kelly referring to #Djokovic and his medical exemptions. Isolate after a positive PCR? In Serbia, where he was tested positive - yes. Still that has nothing to do with Australian government, he was tested negative on December 22 and his quarantine time was over on December 30. He came to Australia clear, those are all questions for Serbian government. That is all I am talking about all this time, I don't see why is it hard to understand.

I agree with you, I didn't comment on how he ended up in the position he did because I didn't really know, I just read his interview with immigration and yes the government are wrong and they are acting like big shiny throbbing dicks, but that's just what they do isn't it? He's just another turd in their big important game of politics like the rest of us...I only commented about him being a christian and a hypocrite...which he is

So, with what’s come out now are we all agreed that he’s a lying, deeply irresponsible shitehawk who shouldn’t participate in the competition?

4700 unvaccinated people entered Australia last month and 88000 last year. Using their laws just as Novak did.
When he comes back to Serbia, then it's time for us to ask him some questions. He was breaking Serbian laws while he was in Serbia. In Australia he still didn't do anything wrong, there was that small visa application mistake that nobody gives a fuck to be honest and in any other case that would be solved quick.
And there are many other questions for him and his family about some other things that they do, but again, that is all waiting for him when he comes back home.

And there are many other questions for him and his family about some other things that they do, but again, that is all waiting for him when he comes back home. Most of those are children under 17 and there are some legitimate medical reasons that a small percentage of older people can't get vaccinated -- none of which even remotely apply to Novak. Having prior Covid is not a reason that you or I could enter Australia; it was simply a reason that Tennis Australia came up with so they could sneak Novak into the country with their own trumped-up exemption scheme. They planned to do it on the down-low so that it would all be confidential. And they quite nearly got away with it as well but the cat is out of the bag now and that part is very much an Australian problem ... in addition to all the other moral and legal problems that Novak faces (not just in Serbia but also in Spain where he is a resident.) Would also say that countries do very much give a fuck about omitting key travel information on Visa forms and there are many countries where you wouldn't want to get caught doing that, especially if you are an ordinary person who doesn't have the head of your government fighting for you ...

Then why judge released him?
When you have virus, you are allowed to ask for medical exemption to not be vaccinated for next 6 months.
Those are their rules, judge confirmed it, I am not saying that I agree or not.

Those are their rules, judge confirmed it, I am not saying that I agree or not. The judge (who prior to being a judge spent 10 years as a lawyer defending Exxon Mobil from paying damages for deadly environmental disasters, just to make clear that he tends to side with the money) released Djokovic based entirely on a legal technicality. He never ruled at all on medical exemptions. He ruled that because the Border Patrol officer would not give Djokovic enough time to contact his lawyers (as I'm sure they never let most people do) that the procedure at the border had been unfair. That was the narrow extent of the ruling and the Australian government still can go ahead with what is a pretty strong case on other grounds if they choose -- though it appears they do not, probably in large part because to do so would be to damage Tennis Australia (who absolutely colluded to get Djokovic into the country despite the rules) and again, money talks. The bottom line though is that Djokovic was given a free pass that Australian citizens, let alone other immigrants to the country, would never get. You can think that's right or think that's very wrong. But it's a fact that he was.

True 😀
It seems that kids are ok, journalists also and everybody that he was with when he had covid (if he had it 😅). It also seems that he is ok after everything so it's really fun now. While nobody innocent is hurt, only idiots on both sides losing nerves about all this, it's time to relax and watch them fight 🤣

Everyone, from government to judges, confirmed that Djokovic had every right to enter the country.... True but everybody "below" the government and the judges - notably the general public - rightfully thought Novaxx Dopeyvic was a clown who didn't deserve to be in the country. And it's the public who vote for the politicians.

He is tennis player and he is there to do his job. You can't deny people to do their jobs because your personal opinion that they are idiots if they didn't do anything against the law. All they have now is that he is threat to Australia because he is an anti-vaxxer. His visa is legal, his medical exemption is legal. And about that It's time for them to leave Novak alone, you can't arrest someone because you don't like him. He should play in Australia and then answer to some question to Serbian authorities when he comes home.

Let’s not pretend he’s innocent in all this - he has admitted to ‘having’ Covid and continuing his day to day life. He knowingly went out when he ‘knew’ he had it. He can say he didn’t check his results until a day after but that’s bullshit - anyone (of normal state of mind) who has done a PCR (regardless of a lateral flow result) will know that you constantly check to await the result - if you give a shit about anyone but yourself, of course.
As much of a twat as he is - and there’s no doubt about that now - he’s obviously been an easy target for a campaigning government. He should never had received an exemption but he did.
He’s become a right-wing, anti-vaxxer idol which I doubt he ever planned to be. From what I’ve read, he hasn’t expressed any views that actually suggest he’s against vaccines - he’s pro choice and is against having the vaccine himself. But his chosen silence has spoken volumes when his voice could stop the wrong impression being made.
