I know Third Eye Blind (3EB) doesn't get much traction on here, but the Americans on the forum will speak rather highly about their 90s releases.
Anyway, Dopamine (their 5th album) was released last week. Forgot about that until just now, so haven't listened to it. Yet. But downloading it now. Any 3EB fans floating around? Mind, their prior album Ursa Major (2009) was dire as fuck.

On first listen, I actually like it. Huge improvement from Ursa Major. I feel like I'm back in the later 90s/early 00s with this album, finally. Only complaint is that midway through the album drags a bit, but the do like the last two tracks.
Verdict: Worth a punt if you're a 3EB and/or 90s fan.

And just like Oasis, people and critics write them off with ease. Personally, I really like this new album.
