Fuck... This is a very hard choice. These are my two favorite Stones albums with Exile On Main Street and Beggars Banquet coming up in 3rd and 4th, but all four of those albums are legit classics in my mind and I'm not necessarily what you'd call a die-hard Stones fan, but obviously they are one of the best groups of all time. Exile On Main Street is one of the most complete portraits of rock n' roll of all time. Those first three classics (Sticky, Let It Bleed, and Exile) are neck and neck for me.
I think I have to go with Sticky Fingers. Two all time great riffs on there with Brown Sugar and Bitch. Sway might be there most underrated song ever, damn what an amazing song. Can't You Hear Me Knocking, Wild Horses are two of their best songs ever, and Moonlight Mile is probably their second best closer.
Let It Bleed has three top 10-15 Stones songs on it though. Monkey Man is probably my favorite Stones song, and that intro is one of the best of all time (same can be said for Gimme Shelter). Speaking of Gimme Shelter, what a performance and song. One of the greatest rock n' roll songs of all time and You Can't Always Get What You Want is their Hey Jude.

I promised myself I wouldn't listen to the reissue 'til I bought it next week... Can't wait. ----- I would add Some Girls to the classic Stones albums....their last great record, and also their last album with Keith on the horse. God bless.

Is anyone getting the Sticky Fingers Reissue? I'm really looking forward to it...I think I'm only getting the Deluxe 2CD version. The only real difference with the 3CD version is the third disc is a DVD, but it only has three songs. And, the Super Deluxe Boxset has the original vinyl with the real zipper cover and another bonus disc with live tracks....but not worth it for me. God bless. 2CD version looks great, can't wait. I read somewhere It's got Clapton playing on Brown Sugar

Maybe a demo of Moonlight Mile or something. The live tunes sound tight and not dated so that is nice.

My local indie record shop always sells new Tuesday releases on the Saturday before hand. Probably to spark business. He's been doing it for 7-8 years now. It's pretty sweet actually.

Nice one hopefully I'll be getting it tomorrow, really looking forward to it. Not listened to any of the second disc material, I've seen a few songs as promos but gonna save it all until I get the cd. And a demo of Moonlight Mile would be very special. Maybe in a few years when they try and sell it to us again

So, half the songs on the second disc aren't even from Sticky Fingers.
Still enjoy it, but...
Weird.

The Stones will literally squeeze every last dollar out of their material.
