Brit-Pop legends Blur swept across the Atlantic and into New York last week, a surprise visit that saw the band play a triumphant show at Music Hall of Williamsburg, NYC on Friday. It was a whirlwind visit, but one which left no doubt that Blur are still a force to be reckoned with on stage. They still sound great, they still look great, and they still need each other as much as their fans need them too. Full Review

Blur won a single battle but they didn't win the singles war. Oasis was by far the more successful singles band. If Noel would of chose any other single besides Roll With It Oasis would have clearly won.

Lennon2217 is my memory correct ? didnt BLUR move up country house to compete with roll with it ?

Blur put two different versions of the Country House single, each with it's own b-sides against one Roll With it single.
A bit unfair innit?
