Me neither. Personally I do think it was one of his best versions of Lock All The Doors so far.

Don't think that was a good performance at all by Noel and I defended him on Jools when a lot said he sounded pitchy. He just struggled throughout on a song that should have been saved for Oasis. With less album sales and a voice that's clearly struggling a lot, I'm seeing less of the Noel is invincible and doesn't need a reunion posts flying around. Yes. An Oasis reunion. With Liam, whom, opposed to Noel, never struggles singing live. At least even Liam when he struggled in Beady Eye or late Oasis had a unique and regained that power. Not saying it was by any means perfect but compare it to Noel who could be anyone singing these songs with nothing at all about him and give me Oasis back anyday

This is the NGHFB forum. I lost most respect for Liam a long time ago when he was fathering kids he took no interest in, cheated on his wife and acted like a moron.

Not counsel his marriages.

As much as it's about music, the personality of the frontman is a massive factor when liking a band, how many times has Noel been talked about on here and what he's like to meet in person? If I went to see a band and thought the lead singer was a moron then I wouldn't like the band.

We're here for the music, then of course we all like to see them doing something good and coming up as nice guys, but still it's the music that matters There are bands whose members I find really interesting and funny, but I'm not a fan and there are bands whose member could be c unts, but I like their music Plus Liam has not killed anybody

It's really put me off the guy and I don't think I could watch him on stage anymore. I've seen Beady Eye, Oasis loads of times and loved Liam and made excuses for him but now I just think after all these years he's a bit of a knob, not that Noels a saint either but he comes across as having a bit more class and savvy. As for not liking a band because of their members, I know quite a few people who do that, "U2 have decent songs but Bonos a vagina and I can't stand them because of that" gets aired quite a lot by acquaintances of mine.

This is going behind your wife's back, having sex with another woman, and not giving a fuck about whether she gets pregnant or not. That's wrong, and no woman in this world deserves that. Perfectly alright to not love the other person anymore, but have the dignity to call it off when it comes to that point. And no, he didn't kill anybody. But take it from someone who has been through a lot of things in their life... If someone kills you, you're dead. If someone mentally abuses you half your life, you go through so many emotions, so many ways of thinking, and you either find your way out of it, or you eventually lose your mind. If you're cheated on, it's a lot of the same things, and a lot of questioning on what went wrong. I myself have come to the realization that some people will never change, and you cannot change the person who's not looking to do so. I am not going to hate on Liam, I just hope we don't hear about it happening again. Some of us have a problem with it, some of us don't. It's OK, we all see it differently, and yes some of us here are just here for the music... But fucking hell, the Noel vs Liam threads just keep coming!

Music is music: it can make people happy or sad, it can be a powerful friend when you're in tough situations but no, it won't change the world.

Bono does act like a bit of a knob but you get the feeling his hearts in the right place, he's trying to do something to help the poor etc and that can't be bad. I'm a massive U2 fan but it does grate on me when he goes on about it and generally acts like a douche on stage. All I hear from people around me though is that they don't like U2 because of Bono.

I love U2, have seen them live, but have never listened to a single interview with the band, so I remain blissfully ignorant of Bono being a prick.

I'd agree with the fact that although the music is why we are here, the personality of the band matters too.
Put it this way, if Liam did a "Ian Watkins", would you listen to his songs anymore? I sure as hell couldn't.

Good to see you have such support for the frontman of Oasis on this Oasis forum. what I took from his post and agreed is that today, I couldn't care less about Liam's attitude during gigs or tv. sure I fucking loved it back then and still love it and I actually tend to act the same way when I'm on the booze, surrounded by idiots (I'm sure we're all in the same boat) but let's face it.. it could have only happened to HIM at that time, BACK IN THE DAYS.

I think it is really harsh to judge Liam on how he's been with women. I'm not saying its right to cheat but we don't know the facts. The marriage could have been on the rocks for ages, we don't know the details. I prefer to judge him on what people have said he's like and I've met countless amounts of people who say how great he has been with them. John Lennon hit women. Doesn't put many off him.

If you don't like Liam fine I just don't understand the level of bitterness aimed at someone who was a bloke who sang in a band we think are great. He aint perfect, obviously he has his flaws but to judge someone completely who you don't know, have never met and whose circumstances you have never had a full understanding of is a bit weird.
Its rarely black and white with people. I just don't believe the people making these comments are whiter than white.
