I think their influence on Noel and Oasis has gone from underrated to overrated tbh,but what do you make of this?
The first two seem fairly ridicoulous to me,but the LATD one is interesting,again he probably nicked the idea from there and then developed a whole (and better I have to say) chorus,as he did with many other bands,but still...

There's no doubt that Noel's nicked some lyrics and melody from the band...in the past... but this is just ridiculous.
Noel's a perfectly capable musician and lyricist to come up with his own material. He's not sitting there half naked in his socks, sifting through Realies records thinking "Hahaha, this will be the song I lift next!"
I bet these videos even give Chris and Tony a laugh.

I get that this is an Oasis/Gallagher forum and we're supposed to talk about any and everything relating to them, but this idea that Noel has been ripping off the Real People for over two decades just needs to die. No need to call attention to stuff that is just so blatantly untrue.
